total scammers, took the order for over £500 and then wont answer emails or phone so had to order elsewhere and reclaim money back from credit card company.

Have not received the order yet it’s been two weeks I have emailed and have had no response and I been calling them three to four times a day no one answers the phone, I think I’ve been scammed, please do not order from this website you will not receive the order
Have tried contacting the company several times and not heard back from them. Ordered a product nearly two weeks ago and it still has not arrived or even been dispatched.
Impossible to get hold of them vie email or telephone. I am asking for refund if they cant deliver the product i have ordered.
Ordered my items 10 days ago & still not arrived as yet, only got confirmation that they had been despatched 2 days ago, very poor service in this day & age especially when shipping costs are so exorbitant, will not use again.
I wish to make amends for the above original review after receiving my goods this morning [23/12/21] along with a very apologetic letter from the managing director himself stating that although they fell well below par this time this is not always the case & by way of compensation refunded my money as well as sending me a box of quality street, so here's to you Matt Hollis, thank you very much, kindest regards, Nick Moxon.
