Terrible! I bought a pair of shoes and they were not what was pictured! I wrote a few emails, they had me send pictures of the shoes, but never heard anything back! So I emailed again and they said they could give me a $5 credit. Yeah right....I said no I want a refund! Could never get anybody to respond again!

I ordered a purse in wine red. The one I received was pink (my least favorite color). I emailed there times over as many weeks to find out how to return or refund the item. Zero response. I'm stuck with a thing I hate and I paid for it.

Do NOT order from this company! The first purse I ordered came as pictured and described. My daughter wanted one so I ordered the SAME purse. It came a month later and not at ALL the purse. It is a cheap nylon and feels like something from the dollar store. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. I have to open a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Thank God for PayPal.

I ordered 2 bags from Dudechoice on March 22. Never even received a shipping notification, as stated by them: "You will receive notice when your items have shipped" By May 1st, I reported them to Paypal. I got a response then. Dudechoice said it had been delivered 11 days ago. However, on May 4th, I received an express package with a tracking number that I looked up. Tracking stated delivery expected May 4th. Funny how that works.

I ordered a bag in January.. Still have not received it or a refund. Not s good experience or reputable site

Brought a crossover body bag, was not a s pictured, didn't want to discuss with me. Went to Paypal and received a full refund. Think twice before purchasing from them.

I will chalk this up to a learning experience. The bag was super cute in the photo. However, when I received it 2 1/2 weeks later, it was nothing like the picture. The construction was flimsy, the lining was paper like, and strap was not even attached (it was separate). You had to tie it on. I will be donating it. Lesson learned.

I bought a hair dryer. Less than two minutes into its first use it caught fire. I was lucky not to have been injured. DudeChoice did not respond to my emails until Paypal involved. Best offer was $10 as product 'still usable".

I ordered a bag never got it.. Ordered Dec 4th paid for it though PayPal. No followup email. It is now Jan 4th, no word.

I love this one! It took me a little over 2 weeks working on it a few hours every night. The image is super sticky so they stick really well, but beware if you have pets, hair will stick all over it! It was packaged in a box and was rolled instead of folded so that was easy to smooth it out. You get everything you need to do it. If you want a diamond painting that will keep you busy for a while, this one is perfect. I framed it and hung it in my bedroom. I really like the feeling of becoming a artist. Nice product, wonderful services and fast shipping. Thank you so much!
