Beware – Bet Accepted at Worse Odds Without Consent
I placed a bet at 2.20 odds, and Duelbits accepted it at 1.83 without showing me an odds change confirmation. I never agreed to those odds. Support refused to void it and hid behind “system logs.”
This is not fair play and would be illegal in any regulated sportsbook. I have wagered over $350k on Duelbits, and they still treated me like this. If you value fair odds and transparency, avoid Duelbits.

Update: I got my withdraw, as said, 72 hours for a manual review, however i think this was only a one time thing, as when i won 347$ I got my withdraw pretty much instantly in ETH. Duelbits, I was wrong, sorry about that.

Duelbits confiscated $4000 from my balance
Duelbits took $4000 out of my balance. I reported this on several platforms (bitcointalk and casinoguru, etc) and the verdict of Casinoguru is that Duelbits offered insufficient evidence. I am a well known player in the gamble community with a positive reputation. In 4 years of playing on several platforms with more then 50m wager I never encountered that a casino stole money out of my account. Duelbits wont even pay it back after being called out for it and casinoguru chose my side and the result was Duelbits is in the wrong. They don't care. Please be aware of this casino, and do some research first for considering a deposit. Best regards and play safe.

They don't have any evidence, I did not abuse their wager tournament in any way. Casino.guru took the case and their verdict was the same: Duelbits don't have any evidence of the things they make up. They took 4k out of my balance, and did not give it to the 2nd place, but pocketed it themself. Its simply theft and don't believe a thing they say. Just check the most recents review, duelbits started to skem it seems.

Duelbits stole my 7k balance
I've had my Duelbits account since 2022 which I've used off and on and lost around 5k in their casino. Last week I started using it to place sports bets, even requesting higher limits which they agreed to. I had lost 5k in their sportsbook before they suddenly locked my account and requested full KYC verification. I submitted every document they asked for but they just stopped responding to my emails and permanently banned my account, stealing my entire 7k balance. The industry standard when sportsbooks ban/limit you is to honor the remaining bets and cashout your balance, but the scammers who run Duelbits will take any chance they get to steal all your funds.

Today I had a big problem. My account was closed and they dont even allow me to withdraw my funds. They decided that some other people were betting from my account. They just stole my money. Officially the worst bookmaker i have ever bet with.

Scamming thieves withholding winnings but gladly taking deposits
Over 2 weeks and I still haven’t been able to withdraw my winnings of $150. I have uploaded my license more times than I can count and taken a million photos in different lighting, angles, etc. but it keeps getting denied. There are other casinos online who will allow you to withdraw your funds (and much larger amounts) with no issue. This one I have had the worst luck on (gambling & withdrawing) . Loss after loss after loss - then the one time I win a little bit of money and want to take it out, I can’t. But they gladly allowed me to deposit without any KYC and risk my hard earned money on their site but not payout in the one rare instance where I win. Shady, horrible customer service, horrible odds, 0 urgency to help customers, shitty rewards system, shitty user interface, and the list goes on. All of the good reviews on this site for Duelbits are literally their staff or paid for reviews by Duelbits to try and offset the endless supply of bad reviews. Just let me take my money out and close my account permanently.
