I’m currently very disappointed with my experience with Duelz.

My account was successfully verified on Friday, and shortly afterwards I requested a withdrawal. Since then, my account has been placed under review.

I understand that gambling operators may carry out AML, responsible-gambling or account-activity checks, and I am willing to cooperate with any legitimate review. However, the communication from Duelz has been inconsistent.

One agent initially told me that the review had no timeframe. Another agent later told me that my withdrawal would be credited within 72 hours and confirmed that there were “no issues” and that nothing was required from me.

When I contacted support again, another agent told me that the withdrawal could not be completed until the review was finished. When I questioned the conflicting information, the chat was ended.

The 72-hour timeframe has now passed and my withdrawal has still not been credited.

My main concern isn’t that Duelz conducts reviews — I understand why checks may be necessary. My concern is the lack of consistent information and the fact that I was given a specific 72-hour timeframe which has not been met.

I hope Duelz resolves this promptly, processes my withdrawal and provides a clear explanation of what is happening.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

It possibly the most one sided casino site I have ever registered for.

In the past two weeks I have put around £200+ in. While playing I have maybe had 15 bonus features. From those features I think one payed £34 the rest were 25 or below. I play 40p spins usually and sometimes you win sometimes you lose. But on this site your lucky to even get your stake back in £10-15 losses. Overall I would not recommend. Will be closing my account down.

In my experience this is just a scam, I have never seen bonuses or free spins sooo far apart literally any game it takes thousands of spins to maybe got a bonus and when you actually do get it you win £2-£3 tf. Its not luck this is every time I play. just a scam plain and simple. The only thing I can positively say is I have withdrawn a couple times just very low amounts and its been in my bank instantly however seems other players have difficulty with higher amounts so definitely doesn't look good.

I have a pending withdrawal of approximately £8,550 Since requesting the withdrawal, I have fully cooperated with every verification request made by your team.

Despite supplying all of the above, I continue to receive further requests for information and my withdrawal remains unpaid. I have cooperated promptly throughout the process and would now like a clear explanation of:

Exactly what outstanding verification, if any, remains.
Why my withdrawal has still not been processed.
The date by which my withdrawal will be paid.
If all required verification has been completed, I expect my withdrawal to be processed without further unnecessary delay.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, or if I do not receive a satisfactory explanation, I will escalate my complaint through your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider and will also publish factual accounts of my experience on recognised gambling complaint platforms.

I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally.

Worst expirence ever, I won 52£ in bonuses, unfortunately winning the money in a live casino doesn’t transfer the money into my real money balence. I was told it can only be used on slots, so I used the money on slots and guess what? I didn’t even make a single penny😂😂🙏, crazy how 52£ in bonuses didn’t give me a single return, furthermore, I was using my free spins and I got kicked from the game, I won some money but it didn’t register and I’ve sent a email to them a week ago, still no response whatsoever. Take deposits happily but won't pay withdrawal

Avoid at all costs, very quick to take your money but when it comes to winning they will do anything to pay out, they will also then block access to the account so you can only email and then take forever to respond, I would highly advise against using this company. They also make threats to you about publicly stating facts of your experience so I dread to think how many more bad experiences have happened that have not been written on here. Stay safe and spend money where is safe, and that for one I can confirm from my own experience is not this site.

Highly avoid. Confiscated over £2000 of winnings under false claims, highly recommended anyone to get a solicitor, and register any complaints with ECOgra and do not stop until you get your winnings, also they will make threats if you post on platforms however if you are stating Facts like them purely scamming people there is nothing they can do as this is facts. Left a previous review about not getting my withdrawal, said I’d update when resolved. I eventually got my money after over a month trying! The only reason I got it was because all of a sudden this casino was “worried” about my gambling and decided to close my account down therefore paying me out. Perhaps because I went to Ecogra and the gambling commission! No loss as I had no plans to gamble via this site ever again after the trouble I was having with them not accepting my ID they had requested even though it was absolutely exactly what they asked for. Just wanted to update my review as previously mentioned - use extreme caution with this casino or dodge at all costs. Rip off merchants and then making up lies about a gambling issue when they know they’re in trouble. I have proof there was no gambling issue especially given it was a new account and is deposited less than 5 times 😂 I have a folder of screenshots proving this company need shutting down. I’m still going ahead with my complaint to ecogra about unfair treatment and the lies this company has told. To protect other players if not myself.
