Money stolen. No refund. No action.

This company has now told me twice they refunded me after never sending anything. Mind you, they never directly reply to anything and send AI emails at like three week intervals. Now they said they’ve escalated my refund problem to another team. I’m basically sure I will never see this money again. So, basically they have just stolen money.

6 week shipping time

Didnt receive my order for probably 6 weeks or so. Had to chase them. Took like 2 weeks to respond. Was told it would be dispatched soon. Was not dispatched for atleast another 10 days/2 weeks. Terrible service.

Absolute scam outfit

Absolute scam outfit. Ordered a dog collar, waited many weeks to arrive. When arrived it was too small. When asked for a refund I was offered a larger size at half the price. Said no, and had to pay postage to send back which cost £12.00. One month later received my parcel returned with a sticker saying refused. Now there not answering there emails.
Absolute SCAM outfit. BEWARE

Order not received. No customer service

Order not correct. Tried cancelling via 7 emails and messages on Facebook. I paid £56 for a harness not received nor refunded. Now over a month so will have to claim through my bank. Do not use this company

Nice quality leather lead

The actual product - a leather lead - is very nice.
The delivery is so delayed though. I think it came from the EU and was snagged in all the red tape and customs stuff inserted since brexit. A pity because the leather is good quality and the lead is well made.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company. They are dropshippers sending out trash from Temu and taking weeks to months to send it, all the while sending fake emails to say the order is being processed and has shipped, when it hasn’t. Then when you want to return items, you can’t. They refuse to give you returns information and refuse refunds. They are being reported to trading standards and I strongly recommend anyone who has used this repugnant company, to report them too. Absolute scam business with fraudulent claims on their website and with zero intention of maintaining proper standards of trade and consumer rights. I will take this all the way. DO NOT USE THEM.

The Wrong Size

Placed a order of nearly 160.00 worth of products have emailed numerous times and haven’t got a response order not even been shipped and it was ordered 2 weeks ago unless the company contact me I will have no choice to dispute the transaction as goods not received

Placed an order for a dog collar which was too small

Placed an order for a dog collar which arrived after 3 weeks of waiting. The collar was tiny and wouldn't fit.
After following procedures for returning the item, I am still awaiting a response on how to return.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company as no correspondence and no chance of returning or replacing items not fit for purpose.
Since this review was placed Dukeand Scoop responded and offered to replace if I returned the item at my own cost, as I had been waiting for over 4 weeks I had already had to buy another collar for my dog. After explaining that my dog couldn't wait this long with no collar they offered a refund of 20% which I accepted just to close the case and move on.
20% refund is better than no refund I suppose.
I still had to purchase a collar from elsewhere.
Good luck to anyone dealing with this company.

The company is usless

The company is usless, I have been waiting for my order to arrive for over 2 weeks. On their website it states delivery in 3 to 5 working days, this is a lie. Meanwhile they keep emailing me to say what a great job they are doing. They have also stopped replying to my emails asking where the order is and when it will be delivered.

Appalling - avoid at all costs!

Appalling - avoid at all costs. Duke and scoop appears to be a fraudulent company so far.
I ordered two items on their website and paid. Shipping policy says it should be sent out next business day. A week later however and there is no update. I contacted their customer services via email. It states I should have a reply within 24 hours, but it is four days since I raised a ticket online and I have had no reply at all.
The item has not been shipped out yet, I can't get hold of anyone and I have asked for a refund. Still no response from the company at all. Shocking service and seems like a fraudulent website so far.

Awful all round 100% dropshippers

Awful all round. I ordered a pet tracking tag and a collar for my cat.

They took over a month to arrive, and the quality is terrible. Save your money and order the same thing on Temu or Aliexpress.

The tracker barely works; the instructions were written in broken English and were difficult to follow. It’s also very flimsy.

The orange collar I ordered has transferred dye onto the white patches of my cat and has given her an itchy, uncomfortable rash on her neck.

I contacted customer services first as I was reluctant to leave a bad review, but they gave me the infuriating advice to wash the collar (a bit late now) and some AI-generated copy on how to use the tracker.
