Generally, the products I ordered from them seem to be of good quality and good value for money. At the same time, their returns policy is unclear, and I believe that's on purpose. They say opened packages are not eligible for a return. I'm not sure that's in line with the UK distance selling regulations. Also, when I wanted to return items, which came in single plastic bags, I had to check by emails what they meant by opened package. Their replies weren't very clear. So there was a bit of back and forth until they confirmed that I could return the items rather than they dispose of them on receipt without a refund. During these emails, Alex came across a bit unfriendly, and was very quick to lecture what's not their responsibility and that they would dispose of items which were not eligible for a return. That, paired with their unclear terms and not being in line with distance selling regulations didn't make a good customer service experience. However, when they finally received the goods back they promptly refunded the money.

Absolutely cannot fault them. Excellent communication. Items arrived well packaged on time and in full.
Will definitely use this company again.

Unfortunately did not receive an order to be told delivery was not necessarily attempted, but not delivered, I have to wait for the parcel to be returned before I could get a refund. This has been almost 3 weeks. No refund no communication from dukes valley. Poor service

I ordered some shot glasses with lids from Dukes Valley, they arrived before time, quality was very good, price was even better, I cant fault this company about anything to do with my order, I will be using them again very soon.

I ordered some plastic glasses from this company. When they arrived they seemed to be scratched with some flaws. I admit to being a bit pernickety, so I contacted the company to complain. The lovely customer service refunded immediately with absolutely no fuss. The quality of a company is in its customer service, so even if I was a little disappointed with the items, I happily give 5 stars for customer satisfaction. Thank you.
