I’m starting to think dulux has been hacked because every paint I have ordered has come out completely wrong. Mint macaroon is grey, duck egg is bright blue, and nutmeg is a dirty white grey. Colour. Even matching colours is also poor and yes I know it’s never the perfect match but when it’s on a different colour chart and doesn’t even resemble the colour you want and it’s non refundable better off staying well away from dulux.this was across three different stores, B&Q, Travis Perkins and brewers, so it’s definitely dulux a system!

Bought 2.5 of satinwood ONCE off amazon, its like water and glossy, 3 coats and still rubbish coverage!
I bought some few years ago was jelly like and covered good either you have been bought out by the big boys and they do what they do to all takeovers remove the quality from all products for greed or this is fake stuff repackaged ???

Paint is great; pity about the customer service. We went into the store in Gloucester, where I hold an account. Despite the fact that I was choosing and paying for the paint, the salesman consistently addressed my partner ("Sir"). When it was clear it was my account and I was paying, and when my partner left the store, he turned to addressing me ... as "My love". Sort your act out, Dulux. Such sexism gives an excellent brand a very poor image.
I've had a reply from Dulux, below, which hardly makes things better: surely the correct response is to say they will give their staff a bit of training on how to deal with *all* customers politely, rather than acting like I'm not telling the truth?

Absolutely excellent customer service! Had a voucher that had expired and the friendly team responded so quickly to my emails and in such a friendly manner. Was given a voucher code to redeem online. Absolutely delighted.

We have just purchased a second batch of Dulux Silver Lichen matt emulsion 1Ltr from your mixing process at wicks in Luton. The new batch is drying significantly darker then the original batch we purchased and does not match the sample swatch. Very disappointed

I was given Dulux advice on what paint I should use on my banister's, wooden banisters.
I haven't tried the paint out yet so I can't give much more of a review than the person l spoke to was friendly and seem to know what she was saying.
