Dumbhard scammed me of $220. I ordered jackets that were never shipped. Their email and phone doesn’t work. Scam artists. Be careful!

Ordered a jacket all the way back in…
Ordered a jacket all the way back in April of 2023. I’m writing this on December 29th of 2023 and I still haven’t gotten my package. No way to call a number, and sending emails to no avail. Refund requests never get updated, and there’s not a single reply to anything. Absolute scam, please don’t give those people your money.

Never received my order and they charged it to my card.
I placed an order on July 18,2023 and its October already. Im still waiting for my item! I sent multiple emails to ask for a refund or an update on my item with no success. Dumbhard is a scam without a doubt.

I placed an order at the end of May…
I placed an order at the end of May 2023 and still have not received my shipment. Every time I submit an inquiry for a status update I receive a reply with the same reply/response with no direct response to my inquiry or question. I have requested a refund multiple times an no action has been taken. I only get the same reply which leads me to believe the reply I am receiving to my status of shipment is an automatic email reply and not being reviewed by a customer service representative

Y'all this is a scam. NO JACKET WILL COME. I ordered in June and it's September and it still has not arrived. There is no Dumbhard, these products are NOT REAL, and you will not get your money back even if you ask for a refund 10x. DO. NOT. BUY. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
