I had a great experience with truck 46. They were efficient, professional, and careful. They made the move easier and more seamless than I could have anticipated!

Dumbo Moving was on time and very efficient. They consulted me on fragile items, and where to place everything for dropoff. They also took care of the Certificate of Insurance required for my apartment buildings. I will always choose Dumbo again for future moves.

Chino and Miguel were amazing! Friendly and super fast. I have a lot of stuff and they still manage to get everything done in under 4 hrs!!

My experience with Dumbo and representative - Joel was amazing. I've used Dumbo three times now. All of the jobs were very complex and on tight timetables. Joel guided me through the entire process with compassion and kindness; while also being cost sensitive and navigating efficiency to minimize cost impact on me. I have moved like four times in the past five years - and the one time I didn’t use Dumbo I regretted it. This time though might have been the best of all. Ratia and Georga were on time, super conscientious and get this - they even wrangled my porter and elevator guy without me having to ask! They didn’t just move stuff in - they placed it intelligently. Example: I am cleaning up and looking for stuff and under my bed is… the under-bed storage. They didn’t have to ask where it went, they didn’t just leave it in a hall - they put it right where it had to go.

No notes - no hesitation I’d use Dumbo every time.

We hired Dumbo Moving for our move within the same borough. Any questions prior to the move were answered promptly by our rep. The moving team arrived on the dot and was prepared for all items we had listed (some required delicate handling). Very friendly and very efficient; we were done with the whole move by noon, without any issues. It was a seamless experience overall and I would recommend Dumbo Moving.

The best service ever!! Dumbo moving helped us with an inter-city move in NYC (from Manhattan to Brooklyn). It was a very difficult move with a lot of unseen challenges on both our side and the mover's.

But I am in AWE with the grace in which Chino and Miguel, that manage Van #117, handled all the difficulties. They were super kind and accommodating even though it took extra effort and patience from their end. I am so so grateful to them for their help and their kindness.
