atia and Giorgia were awesome from start to finish. The entire move was incredibly quick, efficient, and completely painless, which is not always easy to find with NYC moves. They were professional, organized, and handled everything with care, making the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and they showed up exactly when expected and got right to work.

This was my fourth time using them, and each experience has been just as smooth and reliable as the last. It’s rare to find a team this consistent and dependable, especially in New York. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free move in the city.

Had a great experience with Dumbo Moving. The movers Ratia and Georgia arrived on time, handled my stuff with care and made the whole process easy. Will definitely use Dumbo Moving again.

In and out in an hour & fifteen min. Easy as pie. Marko & Daniela were kind, courteous, and prompt in their moving and their services and I’d recommend them ten times over! I’ve used three different moving companies living in the city & this was the best experience I had. 10/10

Drivers communicated with arrival time. Introduced themselves. Worked efficiently and diligently. I was very pleased with the whole experience. There were 4 flights of step stairs and they went ahead on task without breaking a beat. Very courteous and careful with the objects they were moving. Very much recommend.

The communicated when they would arrive. They arrived on time. They came in and did their job without complaints.

We moved a 2BR from Hoboken to Chatham, New Jersey. They finished everything in a little over 4 hours.

This was my 3rd time using Dumbo and I'll use them again the next time I move.

Their team is professional and works hard and took care of all our stuff. No breaks, no damage. A clean and simple move.

Looked around for movers from Crown Heights brooklyn to another area close to brooklyn. Found Dumbo from Reddit (mixed reviews) but decided to try them anyway. Joel (my sales rep) was organized, thorough, and professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

Moving crew (crew ID 022) was also great - they wrapped everything up well, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Had 2 people total for the move (they did some packing - moving - some unpacking).

Now, I took off 1 star because I had paid for full unpacking - and the mover had pushed back on this despite me having paid. Perhaps it was a miscommunication from Dumbo to the movers. They did help unpack after I had advised I had paid for this. So not really an issue but maybe something Dumbo should clarify with their movers.

Will definitely use again, thank you!

I recently hired Dumbo Moving, and the experience was excellent thanks to the team they sent—Chino and Miguel van #117. They were true professionals from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently while still being careful with all of my belongings.

What really stood out was their attitude. Both were kind, attentive, and very respectful throughout the entire move, which made a stressful day much easier.

I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

The movers were fast and efficient and very polite and kind. They aterrice a little before time and were done in less time than expected.

I have moved five times in NYC and this was by far the best experience so far. Levan and his driver made the entire move stress free.
