I have used dummy ticket 24/7 four times and very satisfied with the service. When there was trouble, I emailed them and they will responds within 30 minutes. The customer service is amazing. I have obtained my schengen visa using some tickets from dummy ticket 24/7. I will definitely buy more tickets here.

If there is a 7 stars bar, i would give it. Sara was very responsive and delivered a great service. There was a small hickup and i notified her and within 10 minutes it was cleared. This is in response to my comment mad eon Oct 22. 2024. Like I said, at 1st when I visited both airlines to confirm my reservation, I saw nothing. I emailed the company and an agent reached out to me with another reservation that was verified on both airline sites. I checked a few days later (around 2 days) and it was still there. I was successful in my Schengen visa interview which took 1 week to process so for me a rocky start with using this company turn into something better. I would recommend their service. Just remember to email them ASAP if you do not see your reservation.

Needed a ticket for a Thai Visa application.

Just after purchasing, needed some support as China Eastern airlines doesn't provide a booking follow up on their website.

Support handled it within minutes, and my booking was still available on the 4th day with the same booking reference, as I had purchased 7 days availability.

Their customer service is really great and fast. Alot of people don't know but if you want to tweak your ticket to fulfill your specific immigration or visa requirements, you can just buy random one and once you receive automated ticket in email, you can simply write your requirements and the team will take care of it asap.

Just email them your requirements after buying one incase what you wanted is not in their list.

I used Dummyticket247 recently for a Schengen Visa appointment and everything worked really smoothly. You're supposed to get your ticket at checkout but there was an issue with the automated booking for my BA flight and they instead emailed it to me 15 mins later. The reserved tickets have a PNR on them which you can use to verify on the official airlines website if your reservation is still valid. Only once during the time from purchase until my visa did my reservation disappear, at which point I sent an email and was promptly responded that it had been fixed and it indeed was. I definitely recommend to keep checking the airlines website during the period of your visa application. The overall service however was brilliant and Sara was fantastic in solving any issue/answering any question, I would definitely use their service again.

Excellent service, for just £15 I was able to get a booking that showed online and allowed me to get my electronic visa before travel, so easy at destination as straight through e-gates with no issues. This is how it should be, great company and cannot give enough stars

The site was easy to use, and the ticket was valid and served my purpose. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. My only issue was that the site said the ticket would be available for download immediately at checkout but this was not the case. Perhaps it was an error as claimed by the company. They emailed it to me very quickly once I emailed them about the issue. I would use it again in the future, but I hope the error isn’t repeated.
