Broughty Ferry Branch

My experience is always a great one. The staff appear to work hard as I am quite fussy and they always pull through for me and my husband. We will be back next year to do it all again.

Excellent service.

First time using Duncan and Todd Opticians and I found them to be very efficient and friendly. Lots of frames to choose from. Found two pairs which fit perfectly, unusual for me as I have quite a small face. Very happy with service.

Eye examination undertaken

Eye examination undertaken. Very professional, with staff explaining all procedures being used. I paid the extra £40.00 for the 3D scans and I was impressed with the feedback that I got on the day on the scans. As these now provide a "baseline" for any future eye examinations, I feel that it was worth the extra cost.

Excellent opticians

Excellent opticians. Very experienced and helpful. However, I am 84 years old and walk with a stick and the lay-out of the building makes it a bit difficult for me to get around. My previous practice, where I used to live, was all on the ground floor which was a lot easier.

Myself and 2 children have been with duncan and todd for a gd few yrs now, cannot fault them in any way, such a friendly, happy atmosphere, never had to wait long for an appointment, great service all round x
