My emails. I ordered2 pairs of Dungarees weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. I am an idiot! NEVER again . Horrible way to do business.

Ordered a carhartt coat, received a something that already been returned by someone else, then when I tried to return it back, it sat for over a month and I kept having to ask them what was going on with my return. A month and a half later I finally ask again and they tell me that it’s not even a coat from their store, and only wanted to give me 50% store credit. I told them no, just mail it back to me and I’m opening a claim against them with my credit card company! Never again will I purchase anything again from them

Bait and switch on free shipping.
Didn't honor posted free shipping offer with promo-code. Claimed the promo-code was leaked.

The whole interaction left me feeling that this was a business that didn't deserve my business.

Buyer beware.

If you have a return your nightmare will start!
I REALLY REALLY not recommend you to order from this scam website.
1st they will purposely mislead you on the item instead of telling you some specifications and when you return for an exchange it will take 1 month or more to receive the next item.
If you want to return for refund those cheap A** will charge you $7,50 for the return fees.
I didn’t check reviews at first and I got myself trapped with it but it’s the 1st and Last time I order anything from those scammer

I thought everything was fine with shirts I bought. Washed and went to wear and noticed fraying a long button side near bottom. I have thrown away invoices and packaging. I can't get hold of company. I am not tech savvy but we have a Cal Ranch store that sells most the same brands of clothing and they don't make me jump through hoops to return items. No more Dungaree

I’m in uk and have bought from dungarees before but not for a couple of years . I spent about $260 paid $65 delivery and then £73 customers
charges so customs or whoever decided to charge me vat on the delivery charge as well as the goods ( this not dungarees fault )my goods took just short of 3 weeks to get to me with some tracking advice but when it actually arrived UK no advice where it was for 4 days . Incidentally it went to no less than 22 diferent point in USA . So it went to a UK postal department approx 8 miles into London when I live 3 miles from Heathrow where it came in. I was stewing all the transit time after seeing the poor reviews but at the end alls well that ends well , bat the extra tax charge .

In the clothing business you should make it easy to exchange for a different size. Your return procedure is archaic. first of all, who in todays age requires someone to print out a return form to fill out to send in with return, and what company can't do an exchange for a different size without requiring a return and repurchase...crazy. On top of that, you pay for the shipping to receive product and pay to return. I will never buy from Dungarees again.... get in the 21st century and stop ripping your customers off.

Shipped to wrong address via FedEx screw-up, company re-shipped, received. THEN I got the original 25 days later. Made it very easy and pleasant to ship the extra back. Good company to buy from.

Impressed with customer service. And the product, good Carhartt.

This company is a total scam. Stay away. Don't buy here

This seems to be a scam site, I made my first payment for a $100 purchase, they contacted me by email and said they refunded me and told me to use paypal to make another payment, but I don't have paypal and I used their link to make another payment, and then it's been many days since the first payment was refunded to me, and the second payment wasn't refunded, and there was no shipment of the items I purchased! I have contacted them by email and phone and they have not dealt with me or responded to my emails! I seem to have lost 200 dollars to them! If you don't want your money gone you are advised not to use this site to shop, they can hold your money at any time and not ship.

I bought 2 pairs of pants and they came within the dates provided. Be careful with the prices if buying from Canada because with the shipping, tax, and exchange rate my order ended up costing double the subtotal, but that’s not any fault on their end. The pants are my favourite to go to work in, and are more comfortable than I was expecting.

SHOCKED AND HUMBLED!
Received several e-mails from "Amanda", Customer Service, about the matter and her attention & compassion have been nothing short of AMAZING! Fair, compassionate, she went WAY BEYOND expectations with what I call "Old World" concern & effort! It's been very much like a small-town, local business where everybody from sales to ownership get involved & will do what they can to rectify a situation.

I'm leaving the original post/review attached & adding that the root of all misunderstanding & inconvenience was due to shipper (which is reviewed else-where here) with a "slight misrepresentation" on the invoice.

Bottom line:
Keeping Dungarees.com on my list of places to shop.

If you order from them & encounter any trouble, take the time to drop a line. There are PEOPLE there who actually care.

Ordered a pair of jeans on 6 May. Received TWO notifications indicating shipping by FedEx "2-Day" shipping. Well, on 9 May, still hadn't received the parcel, FedEx stalled the shipment. I notified Dungarees.com of the delay & they claimed that they shipped "regular ground" at 5-8 business days! I have evidence of "2-Day" delivery & I paid for shipping.
Sent screen-shots of both "2-day" shipment & "customer service" deflected with "I'll let the shipping department know" BUT holding to the "we shipped regular ground" so I've no claim or complaint.
Can't get in touch with FedEx directly because I'm not the shipper but here it is, the 10th May, no parel, no merchandise and no concern from Dungarees.com.
Never again!

Placed a international order to the Netherlands. Bought Timberland Pro jacket en Softshell. The shipping costs were around 70 dollar ( to much) but it came with FED EX express within 1 week. 2 out of 3 were not in a plastic bag but still very pleased. Will do busines again with Dungarees.

1 and last time purchase from here. placed an $100 plus order, on 3/8. stock was all available when placed order. now I am being told it could take up too 2 weeks before I get my order. this is horrible customer service.. I called and they couldn't help or wouldn't. order was canceled and will purchase elsewhere. beware when purchasing from them. horrible.. I am so disappointed.. not only I will never purchase from them again.. I am so upset this is the first time ever that I wrote a review.. let alone a bad one

I am searching for the Carhartt active Jacket here in UK/EU but no chance of finding it here so I saw this website with the Jacket I am looking for, I took a chance to purchased it then it was sent quickly after 3 days it was delivered From US to Uk just wow and the customer service are fast to response as well. I recommend this store and will definitely buy again. Thank you Dungarees.

I was looking for a Carhartt jacket, was very limited choice in Australia came across dungarees, USA
Saw the jacket on their website that I liked the jacket, ,obviously worried by things from overseas, I have had bad experience before.
But great jacket absolutely fantastic ,and the delivery I couldn't believe how quick came to Australia will shop there again. Highly recommended good quality clothing happy happy happy

Had never come across Dungarees.com store before. I was looking for a particular midi denim skirt and the one I wanted was quite pricey on another store. Found exact same one on this site a lot cheaper.
Ordered 2 of the same Skirts for sizing, on Friday, they arrived Sunday. Quality is lovely and exactly what I was hoping for. Just waiting for a new top I ordered from elsewhere to arrive to make the outfit complete. I still have to decide if I’m returning one or keeping both.

Great Product, timely delivery, Excellent Customer Service. After placing my order I received a personalised email thanking me for placing my order, what a lovely touch. I then received regular updates on the progress of my order until it was delivered. I'm really happy with the overall experience and will happily order again.
