Repeatedly ignored instructions – disappointing experience with Dunkin (via foodpanda)

I ordered Alaska Supreme from Dunkin Donuts through foodpanda multiple times, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing.
First order:

They completely forgot the whipped cream, even though it was clearly part of the drink. I complained and was refunded.

Second order:
Same issue again, no whipped cream at all. I complained once more and was refunded again.

Third order (the most frustrating):
This time, instead of properly adding whipped cream, they put a few tiny white specs on top and called it “whipped cream.” Anyone who has ever had this drink knows that this is not how Alaska Supreme is supposed to be served. It honestly felt like they were just trying to avoid another complaint rather than fixing the issue properly.
I’ve attached a photo for reference, the topping is clearly not whipped cream in any reasonable amount or form.
What’s most disappointing is not the refund, but the lack of consistency and basic quality control. If a customer repeats the same instruction three times and the outlet still can’t get it right, that’s a serious problem.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience felt careless and dismissive. I expect better from a brand like Dunkin, especially after multiple complaints about the same issue.
