I ordered a last minute Christmas …

I ordered a last minute Christmas Present on Sunday night and it arrived with me on Tuesday.
Absolutely great service. I also exchanged a couple of emails with Customer Service Dept re my order, very polite and speedy replies.
I would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service

My experience with Duplay is worlds apart from many here, I can’t praise them highly enough. I was struggling to get a main Christmas present which I miss d out on on their site, they went out of their way to try and source one for me and when they managed to get more stock in held on me for me until I could buy it. I also accidentally received two ride on toys instead of the one that was ordered due to a shipping mix up, again customer service was outstanding, fast and courteous. They’ve actually amazingly allowed us to keep the second toy to pass onto a friend or relative.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Duplay and I think the customer service guys go out of their way to help.

STAY AWAY!!!

This company should not even be rated a 1 as they are so unreliable and horrendous. Had an email chat with the manager regarding whether they would be able to fulfil an order if I placed online. I was then nervous about whether they could deliver for Xmas so confirmed that I would be able to drive to Hull if necessary to collect. They confirmed I could, so I placed the order in good faith and they then cancelled my order two days later leaving my 4 year old without his present! Please take my advice and NEVER use this company!!!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Ordered a Berg Buddy for my son and was never shiped (lucky enough i ordered long enough time before christmass). A week later contact them and they blame delivery service. Did asked for refund and i got refunded but they said i will be getting the reg plates also ordered at same time as they deffenetly dispatched them and i can keep them as a sorry for the bad experience. Well 3 weeks now and they must have got lost to!!! Would never ever oreder any more from here.
Putting this review not to put people off but hopefully if they read these they will make a note and hopefully change the way they deal.

Avoid!!!…

Sent out the wrong item and wont sort out courier to collect. They claim items will take 1-2 days to arrive but 3 of my deliveries were late. One still hasn't arrived. Once they get your money they don't care.

Avoid Duplay at all costs

As other people on here have already stated, the customer service is non existent. Bought an electric ride on car for Christmas and have problems with the electrics ever since. The MP3 player never worked, the horn never worked, some of the lights never worked and now the car has now completely died. I have sent various emails, left voicemails and tried the online chat. No response from anyone. These guys are cowboys pure and simple. My 3 year old sons Christmas present is now ready for the dump. Hopefully this company will be gone soon. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DUPLAY

Bought a trampoline and it came with a broken zip, I couldn't shut it and, more importantly, my children couldn't.

You be a bigger idiot than me if you buy from them.crap broken ride ons BEWARE

Where shall I start bought a £300 black BMW ride on for my twin boys for Christmas 2016 when it came in the box,there was scratches all over the car the side foot step all cracked off. in transit damage?who knows,so I emailed DUPLAY and told them about the broken parts,about four days later I finally got email from DUPLAY, oh yeah I forgot the customer service number is a recorded message,so you can't speak to anyone just leave messages on the answer machine where no one gets back to you.DUPLAY a business where you can't talk to no one mmmm.anyway where was I,O yeah I was going around in circles for about a week and a half explaining to 5 different people via by email at DUPLAY about the damaged on my ride on. To cut the story short they gave me a replacement ride on after sending pictures of the damage via emails from the first ride on. The replacement ride on comes,everything looks fine apart from a few scratches on the car I think it's like this with all DUPLAY ride ons,cheap plastic crap,then I notice the MP3 player doesn't work or play music through the iPhone so I emailed DUPLAY back by this time I even haven't taken the ride on outside yet to see if working raining everyday etc anyway they said I could take apart the MP3 player off the car ( so I am a car mechanic now )and they could source a replacement part or give me compensation,okay I went for the £30 compensation,way too much messing around by this time,they sent me email saying that I will be compensated because no music was not playing on ride on. that was the last email back for them still waiting for my £30 lol. so about 10 days later,there's a bit of sun outside I decide to take the twin boys to the park for the first time on the ride on and noticed a big crack on the in-line side on the bumper as you know you see things better when you're outside in the sunlight I emailed DUPLAY back about the damages more pics,so far it has been over a month,sent numerous emails to DUPLAY,and I still haven't heard nothing back from them about my £30 compensation or the damage on the bumper,sounds like they are blanking( ignoring )my emails very dodgy company lucky I bought through PayPal so they're going to start investigating,try telling these people at DUPLAY £300 is not cheap to get crap broken ride ons,good luck if you buy goods from this Company I wish you all the luck in the world.YOUR GOING TO NEED IT

I ordered 2 toys from them on thursday 15-12-16 for xmas for my kids on monday 19-12-16 1 had only arrived so I rang them on tuesday they were very understanding and said they would send the replacement out which had gone missing on thursday 22-12-16 the other had arrived very pleased with this company and would use again and recommend them to other people thankyou duplay

Worst customer service in history

Bought (or so I thought) Nerf battle racer for my sons birthday. Contacted Duplay after placing order to confirm delivery, was told next day, latest day after. Spoke to them few days after saying item was now on pre-order and wouldn't be delivered in time. This is despite email confirmation it would be. "Sorry, we must have got your order mixed up with someone elses" was the best they could come up with and either wait for stock or a refund in 3-5 working days. No gesture of goodwill because the item was already heavily discounted and any "compensation" would mean very little profit for them. I'm sure my son will understand that

Avoid - Worst Customer Service - do not get back to you

We purchased an electric ride on toy and had to return it due to it not working. This was on the 9th March and they have still not refunded us nearly two months later. They now refuse to answer any emails or messages. Luckily we purchased using PayPal and they are now investigating - UPDATE: Paypal ensured we got our money back but during whole process had no correspondence from Duplay.
Please do not use this company as they really do not deserve to be in business when treating their customers so badly.
