Adding another note as I cannot reply…

Adding another note as I cannot reply to Duppers response below.

I didn’t find the parcel for 2 MONTHS! Yodel marked the parcel as delivered and took a photo of my front door to say it was delivered but NO parcel was in the picture. LOL

I then 2 months later found Yodel left it in my neighbours garage. I NEVER AUTHORISED THE PARCEL TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE AS I PAID £150 FOR THE ORDER.

When I reached out to Dupper they did offer me a replacement to be sent 1 month later. I know right, embarrassing.

So for 2 months the parcel was lost. I even ask to Dupper can they at least refund me 50%, they said NO.

Now I have found the goods and they are TRASHED they won’t allow me to return for a refund.

NO customer service skills AT ALL.

ALSO just to add to your reply, my credit card company DO NOT agree with your treatment and it’s currently under investigation so I’m not sure where that assumption came from.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they are scams. Considering they are a ‘small’ company they don’t care for their customers at all and by the reviews have an awful reputation. I will be in contact regarding the credit card company case and I will be posting so people know you’re a fraud!

Scam firma

Pleaase note: We would like to notify the reader of this review that this particular customer has attempted fraud, claiming goods had not been delivered despite photo evidence that they had in fact been delivered to the customers adress. This was further confirmed by Klarna, the customers chosen payment provider, who sided with us on the matter.
