Central Heating Sales Ltd 

Very poor after service. Quick enough to contact when show an interest following receipt of flyer and take money for a job that has been poorly executed and unfinished. The company has left a pensioner with a faulty installed system at this tiime of year and despite efforts to contact/get them to complete fitting for safety, they have failed to respond. Shame on them.

I would not recommend this company and I have reported them to trading standards as it is apparent that the promised 10 year service and parts guarantee is worthless

Mmm Where do we we start? we were Quoted on a system that was never installed, they actually installed a cheaper smaller boiler than we paid for. that was nearly a 3rd cheaper than what we paid for. but they NEVER informed us, it was found out when I checked model against our quote.
The quote also promised a ten year guarantee with it that it turns out they want a further fee of £130 plus for!!! Yet the 10yr guarantee was the overriding factor to us choosing this boiler, and one that was sold upon this "great" benefit!!!
Fitter never done a clean through on system before fitting new boiler.
Fitter talk wife out of having the wireless thermo controls and just took easier option and hard wired into old controls. then took away our part which we had paid for, so even if we choose to swap down the line we would need to buy new part to do so.
Fitter left all his rubbish and packaging inc broken plaster over our drive!!!

Overall, regret ever calling them, and I am sick of calling and emailing so feel it only right others are aware.

James and David arrived with us yesterday to replace our old boiler which also involved them moving new boiler to another floor in house. They arrived on time both days and couldn't fault there workmanship and they ensured they left everything as was when they arrived . Their customer service was second to none as well. I also had to call duraflow after installation to report a problem with our radiators I was promptly called back within the hour to say they had the parts and are calling back to fix next week. (This had nothing to do with boiler installation ) Would recommend this company to friends and family

Got a new boiler from Duraflow yesterday , James and david were fantastic , I was left with no hot water or heating from a different Company and they worked right through untill 10pm so I had heat that night , the job was very tidy and I really could not be happier.
