The rating I gave does not represent the product I received. I give the product 5 stars. The only reason for the overall 3 star rating is because the shipping process and communication I received regarding the shipping was confusing and incomplete. Ultimately, I received my product and I could not be more pleased about that. If the need arises, I will certainly order from DuraMark again.
