Durgas Tiger School - a deep experience
Durgas Tiger School is a very special, very intense experience. I recommend it to people who are very clear about their motivations and ready to commit themselves to a School that will change them. The process - however - is not always an easy one. You might be facing problems, fears, injuries from the past you thought you had overcome. You have to master your will to see it through.
Although Kaula Tantra Yoga is based on relaxation, the training is quite tough and challenging. Within the whole course there is not much time nor space for retreat. But the things you are going to learn will root deeply and give you a broader, more joyful understanding of yourself and the inner and outer world.

The best experience I ever had
The best experience I ever had. I met the Durga's Tiger School for Tantra Yoga Shamanism one year ago during the TT in ZEGG. Since then so many things in my life and in my way of looking at life changed. I feel more empowered and connected with myself.
This second training I did was as amazing as the other, a complete different place, a different country, but the essence, the care, the engagement from the teachers, the art and the joy was there.
I recommend to anyone who isn't searching for a commercialized fitness yoga, and who is open to start a deep journey, with lots of laugh, playfulness, transformation, dance, art, grow and love.
