Very reactive and helpful

The 2 cones of my citrus juicer went missing. I contacted the company who promptly sent me a link to purchase the part. I’m very happy with the ease of the experience and that I can use my juicer again

I am 100% happy with my experiece…

I am 100% happy with my experiece dealing with Duronic. Would like to give them 10 stars. Fabulous communication all the way through. My heater arrived within 24 hours. Also had a query I sent by email, which was answered immediately. Great company.

Very good.

Product delivered on time and in good condition, well boxed.
Works well and, with castors and easy access to shredded paper, is performing exactly as hoped.
Price, from Duronic, was competitive.
Sad that it's made in China though.

terrible quality

bought Duronic Sit Stand Desk Frame TM22 BK via B&Q. It's poor quality and impossible to assemble.

I assembled a lot furniture, mostly ikea, in the past and this is the most difficult item i've ever attempted. the connecting rod at one of the leg is bent. i struggle hard to put it together with the rod in the middle (i still can't make it work)
the quality is also questioning. the leg at the motor side won't go down to the edge (i.e. one side is now higher than the other)

contacted customer service and guess what, they suggested me to just bent the rod back without addressing the issue with the leg

returning the product is also a real hassle. they will ask you to print out the label. what if i dont have printer?

Impressive customer service. The product is good too.

I bought an extension lead which had damage to the base, most likely thanks to Yodel as the box was also damaged. I looked on Trustpilot and saw some negative reviews with some saying the good ones are paid reviews, so I did get a little concerned at first. I know Feefo use paid reviews but I'm pretty sure Trustpilot are more thorough. However, after emailing to return the item I was contacted pretty much straight away by Amy. She kindly suggested sending out a replacement new base by Royal Mail which would arrive in a few days. I got it the next day. I'm really impressed by the service I received as there are so many businesses today who no longer care. Yes, maybe it could of been packaged a little better or in a way to protect the base, but if Yodel decide to run over it or throw it down several flights of stairs I guess there's only so much you can do other than to try and find a decent courier which is next to impossible in this day and age. I wish there were more companies with this level of service.

You would have got 5 stars except for…

You would have got 5 stars except for the fact that you couldn't offer international postage. On the items I bought you have one very small form for customs and that is it. As it is my order is on its way to Heathrow via Royal Mail and we all know just how quick they go. So I should see my spares in about 2-3 weeks time

Made contact via email. Fast response with an easily identifiable product list, told how to order it was extremely simple. Replacement part arrived after a couple of days. And it was very reasonably priced. Happy bunny. 🐇 ( I know lol) thank you

Brilliant service ordering replacement parts

Brilliant service ordering replacement parts after I filled in the contact form.
Had a quick response from Amy from Duronic who identified the correct parts for me to confirm and a link to order generic parts.

She updated to order with the parts for me and they arrived very quickly. Just in time for the heatwave.
