I bought a series of different devices for my wife, who falls asleep to music. None really worked - until the SoniSleep sleepbar.
This thing WORKS. She falls asleep to her music; I don’t even know it’s on.
I just bought a backup during their Black Friday sale because it’s THAT GOOD.

I’ve had my sleep bar for a few weeks now. I use it most nights and have yet to charge it.
My usual use is to get back to sleep when I wake during the night. Because it’s under your pillow only you can hear it. The slim shape means you can’t feel it through the pillow. I’ve since purchased two more for my daughters.

Terrible product. Unable to hear clearly through 6 different types of pillow.
Customer service are useless, they try to convince you that it's your pillow that's the problem, but having tried 6 different pillows, I can safely say it isn't.

I had to return the product AT MY OWN COST, so all in all, I am out of pocket and have no product.

This company needs investigating

Was a little bit worried about this purchase as I saw the add on Insta and wasn’t sure if was going to be good quality. I’m really happy with it! Does eaxactly as it says it would. The 30 min timer is perfect for me! Had it a month and still haven’t recharged it yet!

I habitually listen to podcasts as I go to sleep. But the earbuds irritate your ears and if you get the cord caught up in the pillow the phone goes crashing to the floor in the middle of the night. Bluetooth buds come out and I do worry about tinnitus. So I barely believed it when I saw the ads for the Sonisleep. It's a bit pricey so I asked hubby to give it to me for my birthday. I LOVE it. It really does work. I love that it turns itself off after a period of non use and I hear my pods loud and clear. It holds its charge and takes only a short time to recharge. It's sturdy and easy to use and pairs like a dream. Down sides - I can't lie on my back and listen (although I occasionally fold the pillow up next to my ear and hold it - not ideal). Also, when you turn over your left ear may not be in the same place as your right ear was and you have to reach under the pillow to move the device under the ear. These are just small niggles. Overall I'm a big fan!!

Device is exactly as advertised—showed up on time. I love it. I would like the battery to be longer and the connection to be a bit more stable. I love mine and will probably buy another.

My experience with the sound bar had been so good it’s heaps better than I thought it would be.
The sound quality is amazing and yet my husband is unaware of the sound it creates seems to stay with in the pillow

I love the sleep bar. I was convinced it wouldn’t work or the sound would be too muffled and if I don’t position it quite right it can be hard to hear, but shifting it around usually does the trick. I can listen to my Calm app and fall asleep without having something poking me (the sleep mask headphones are all miserable). I love this device and am very glad that I have it.

The sleepbar is so useful for those who have insomnia or who like to listen to music/audiobooks in bed. The sound is quite muffled, but it’s understandable considering it’s travelling through a pillow. It is also impossible to hear if your ear isn’t on the pillow which means it won’t bother anyone around. It’s very compact and the battery lasts a while, so it’s perfect to bring on trips.

The sound is really muffled even with my phone at max volume. I have tried it under every pillow that I own but the result is the same. It also turns off itself and I have to reconnect when I wake during the night which does help with getting back to sleep. I would not buy this product again.

I love this product so much! SoniSleep is a must by for me! I use this every night and it lets me relax after a hard day. Would definitely buy for the upcoming holidays!!! 😴💤

Terrible product. I feel like the good reviews MUST be fake. Tried with several different pillows, made sure it was fully charged multiple times .... I gave it every chance to work. It didn't. The sound quality is extremely low, very muffled. More frustrating than relaxing because you have to strain to make out what is being played. I got better sound quality just putting my iPhone under my pillow.

Don't waste your money!!

If you have good hearing and want something that you can listen to comfortably while still having your other ear free to 'hear the room' then this is for you. It's great if you want to listen to something in bed but you also need to be able to hear a child in another room or a pet downstairs.
It really does only 'sound' when pressed against your head directly or through a pillow. Positioning is key because one end of the sleepbar has the 'speaker' and your head needs to be near that end. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks and I have to say that, although the sound is muffled at the beginning, it only takes a minute or so for my brain to adjust to listening to the sleepbar through a pillow, so I rewind the track a couple of minutes before settling down to listen.
The only negative I found is that volume has to be adjusted on the playing device rather than the sleepbar itself. I need the volume a little louder when I first go to sleep than I do if I wake up in the middle of the night - but I prefer not to look at my phone to adjust the volume.

I love this little speaker, it helps me get cosy and drift off to sleep so much faster than before. It's so small when I first opened it and connected my phone I didn't think it could deliver on all the promises that made me buy it but I put it under my pillow and lay down and there it was, crystal clear! Lifted my head up and nothing, no noise at all. Totally impressed 😁 don't know how I slept before it and keep telling people about it!

I bought TWO sonisleep units. They don't work at all through my pillow. When I raised the problem with the company - they suggested I switch pillows which in my opinion is quite ridiculous since I have trouble finding comfortable pillows. I decided to return them. Imagine finding out that it would cost $60 in postage to return them.

I do not recommend ordering them - it is too costly an experiment. I am quite shocked in this day and age of customer service and easy returns that this company has made no effort to allow people who are dissatisfied with the product the opportunity to return the product without exhorbitant shipping fees.

hmmm- what am i doing wrong? bought this item after reading great reviews- i like to listen to podcasts when i can’t sleep. the sound is so low amd muffled i can’t make out what the speaker is saying- and i have it on top volume. useless.

Great product, great company. The sleepbar is nicely designed, no problems with connection to my 2020 MacBook Air or iPhone 12. The sound is pretty bassy, as it relies on bone induction, but good for music and spoken word if the person speaking does not have a baritone or lower!

I have just received my Sonisleep sleepbar and used it for the first time last night. It worked a treat and I am very happy with it. It did take quite a long time to get here (Australia), but there were a number of emails from the company during that time, so i wasn't worried.
