Took over a month and a half to arrive. Sat in China for 29 days until I stopped checking the tracking. I’d emailed to cancel my order by that point. They said they could not as it was in the process of being sent. I got my $ back via my bank. During all this they took down their website. It went back up with a slight name change. Looks like that happened yet again since then. I was surprised when my post app showed a parcel was arriving. It did finally arrive Nov 1 (after being ordered Sept 11). As others have mentioned it’s a cheap knock off you can buy at a fraction of the cost this scam company charged for a branded product which isn’t one. It’s got none of the features described. Long and short if it is, the day following the delivery I got an email asking me to fix the charge back I did through my bank. I replied with a very unflattering email and said send me a sticker and I’ll return it to the Canadian address that was on the packaging it arrived with once the upcoming Canada Post strike is resolved.
Do not buy the ProGlide 3 from Duskofficial or Duskofficialco. If it arrives at all it’s a cheap knock off labelled lady shaver. Total scam and scam business!

This review isn’t for the Dusk Furniture Company but for the scam site trading under the Dusk name offering Pro Glide 3.0 electric razors at 50% off. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID! They advertise as being in the USA but the product shipped from China. Their website states that you should avoid knock off versions on Amazon but what the send you is the alleged knock off version. It doesn’t have any of the features that their website states for example 30 dats battery life when the instruction leaflet states it has 80 minutes battery life (astronomical difference), it states it takes 30 minutes to charge but it actually takes 2 hours, its supposed to have an LED light but it does not, it does not have the Dusk name on it as shown on the website. I could be hear all day going through the long list of false promises. I emailed to complain and immediately received an email back trying to sell me another. It cost me £36 and Amazon sell the exact same cheap made item for £9.99. After reading other reviews I don’t even know if it’s safe to use in water like they say also I’m expecting it to break after a few uses meaning I’ll have to fork out more money for a well known brand. AVOID THIS FAKE SITE!!

Don’t bother. Ordered two weeks ago. Tracking shows no movement. They don’t reply to emails. Scam.
