I bought two of the personalised desk lamps for my grandsons and I am really pleased with my purchase. The lamps arrived earlier than I expected and were packed securely. Very happy!

Received my personalised lamp which was nothing like the picture. I emailed and told them and they made an excuse why it wasn’t like the picture. I had the same number of name letters as the one advertised so the name on my gift shouldn’t have been a quarter of the size.

The customer service is wonderful! The custom inscription that I requested turned out perfectly and I was kept posted about my request. My questions were answered quickly and the item came very fast....much faster than expected. Fantastic customer service - they were so understanding and accommodating of my bespoke request for the personal engraving of the cheeseboard for a wedding gift and they ensured I received it on time. The delivery time was very good, but the engraving was not as dark as the the boxes I purchased previously. The secret message on the inside of the box lid is upside down when you open the box. Sadly I am disappointed with the quality especially as the price had doubled since I purchased the other boxes 3 years ago.
