Warning!!!! Do not use this website! You will never get the product you ordered and payed for and if you send them an email they will reply saying you can not write them but have to go through help desk. They will not pay you back the money because - as they say - the product is already shipped. But I have received no confirmation of shipment etc and have after 30 days still not received anything. Don’t use this company - it may be a scam!

Did not receive my order after 4 weeks. Do not ever buy from Dustdeal. The company barely answers to email, could not be able to give me a tracking number. Seams to be a Chinese online company that lie and still money.

I have been waiting to hear back for multiple days now and waited on the phone for an hour and a half and couldn’t get through to anyone, no update on my order and I have sent a message to instrgam page , poor customer service

Purchase was easy, prices were great, and I found the exact item I needed. Delivery was prompt.

What I ordered I received on time and without fuss. That is what is required when buying online.

Toll og avgift på bestilling. Yes I know you are based abroad, but you have to state it more clear during checkout.. I will not be picking up my package as the fee is more than the duster bags.

Fast handling of order, good products at a good price level!

Order didn’t arrive to start with. Emailed and then it came. These are not replacement pipes for your vac. Don’t waste your money! You have to chop the end off and add this to an existing end of lead!! In our case, it was that bit that had the hole so this ‘new pipe was useless’ ! They email you really nicely to start with. I did pay the postage to return as gave them the benefit of doubt, but low and behold …. It never seemed to arrive back in Netherlands! How DID I know really, they’d say that !!!
So now my honest review on them …

So please folks : read all the reviews first …. And basically, do what we did in the end : go elsewhere !!!! You’ll not regret doing so …..

Re their reply … they did have my order number and emailed me about it! They knew exactly what was ordered as had also commented about it in an email …. Please just Do Not Use This Scam Company! AND JUST TO PROVE THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL - I POSTED MY RETURN BACK TO ADDRESS THEY GAVE ME, POST WASNT CHEAP BUT LO AND BEHOLD ITS JUST BEEN RETURNED TO ME SAYING THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST !! Please DO NOT USE this company !!!!!!!!!!
ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND ITEM WAS TOTAL RUBBISH AND ITEM UNUSABLE ANYWAY. Will now seek chargeback via credit card instead and hope the company will be investigated that way too.

Ordered product for vacuum cleaner, it does not fit my vacuum. Website states lies there is no 30 day moneyback guarantee as they state, have been offered a partial refund only and only if I pay international return postage myself. This website is a scam.
