Great qualitative product and extremely quick delivery at my house.

I’m genuinely impressed with the armchair. The build quality is outstanding — you can immediately feel how solid and well-constructed the frame is, giving it a very durable, high-end presence. Comfort-wise, it strikes a perfect balance between support and softness, making it ideal for long, relaxed sitting. The fabric is equally impressive: rich in texture, elegant, and exactly as beautiful as shown in the photos online.

The only slight disappointment was the lack of response regarding 'white glove' service. I had reached out in advance but didn’t hear back, so I ended up carrying the armchair myself. Aside from that, the team was supportive.

The Rug and vase are the most empowering pieces I own. Gorgeous! The waiting time for the pricy rug was too long for me, about 1,5 months, The sales team was friendly.

I bought a rug on the 8th of December and I still don't have it. I reached out via email multiple times and called. I got ONE response saying that it's on its way, here's the DHL tracking but there are no recent updates on the DHL tracking. I've emailed back asking for their support and called - nothing. I appreciate it's the holiday season but it's been ONE MONTH since I've purchased this product.

I have been trying to get a hold of DD to request a return and refund of a defective product they sent. There is no answer to emails or phone calls for over a week.....

Their products are beautiful and they have been so transparent communicating with me. I knew my order would take a while to arrive because of the pre-order, but the Dusty Deco team was always fast to share any updates with me. Super happy with them an with my new lamp..

I was eying this carpet for some time, the pattern and color was exactly what would go with the color scheme of my house/living room. I never bought a rug of this price before, so this would be a purchase to last a long time. Compared to the rugs I had before this feels also very good. I had some issues with the DHL delivery but the support from Dusty Deco helped out for a speedy delivery.

I can't read this e-mail, but I suppose it is about evaluating my contact with Dusty Deco. I tried to contact them about two weeks ago via e-mail and the contact form on the website about a defect product. I bought a vase that appears not waterproof. I have NOT heard from DD yet, so I am still awaiting their response. I hope this messages finds DD in order to get back to me for a solution.
