I ordered a leather jacket for Christmas 2025 & received a completely different jacket. Contacted customer service & they said they’d resend the one I ordered. Nope, I received the same horrible pleather cheap jacket. Emailed them again & they said to pick out a different item, which I then ordered a romper. Just received it & once again, it was the cheapest looking awful Temu version. Do not buy from them!

Do not order from here. I ordered a men’s 2 piece set. What I received was material different from the online photos. Cheap printed cloth that looked and felt more like a Halloween costume than actual clothing. They would not accept a return probably because shipping back to China is more expensive than the material used to produce this junk. Unbelievable.

I would give them zero stars!! Believe the reviews. This site is a scam. Material is definitely cheappppp!!!! Not even worth $1. And they only want to give a 10% credit. They sent the wrong size and the item was cheap. Do not buy from the website.

The quality of the item I ordered was cheap. Item not as pictured and they are only offering a 10% refund. This is not stated in their return policy. How is this company still able to be in business? Do not shop with this company.

I ordered a jacket to wear with pants. I paid $70. Should be pretty decent for that price.
It arrived, the fabric was the worst! Itchy, scratchy, lowest of the lowest quality. It was worse than the felt you use in elementary school for art projects.
When I requested a return, I can get a replacement, store credit or 10% return.
Plus you have to pay for shipping it back to Netherlands.
That is insane. I took it out of the shipping package and put it right back in.
I am taking a loss as $7 will not even pay the shipping. Lesson learned. Never again!

Good afternoon. I appreciate the attention you gave to the delivery issue; the item has now been delivered to me, but unfortunately, it is a complete disappointment. I feel scammed. The jacket does not resemble—in the slightest—the one displayed on your website. It is disrespectful that you treat people this way. I will never purchase from you again, and I intend to be very vocal in sharing this information online—complete with physical evidence—so that no one else falls victim to this scam. I regret having invested my money in this product; your standards leave much to be desired.

This is a bait and switch! I was sent a shirt that was clearly not the same as the one pictured and of inferior quality. The company refused to allow me to return it at their expense. The item was shipped from China, so that tells you all you need to know about this scam. The only positive review here is a fake. RUN! I have disputed the charge with American Express and received a refund.

Do not buy. Total scam.
I bought a dress and it’s missing half part of the dress.
Customer service is non existent.

This past December 2025 I purchased a long sleeve black shirt size L. The shirt did not fit me and it look horrible on me. I asked to return item , but the company said you cannot return item bc it would be too expensive, and it will get lost in transit. They offered only 30% refund. I had no choice but accept this refund. I wouldn't buy any items from this company. Be careful and read all the reviews. Very disappointed customer. Y from NY

Don’t deal with them..at all

I bought 1 coat for my daughter in medium and when I chose large for me, it won't accept the large they sent me medium because they said that's what i chose before. They want we to get store credit or 10%of my purchase. Their coat is nothing like the picture. I'll never buy from them again.

Worst thing i have ever bought in my life, a complete joke. Coat isn't worth $2 bucks. Do not ever buy from this site. Definitely a scam. They will not refund your money either. Pathetic .

First of all it took almost two weeks to get the so called coat. This was supposed to be a gift. The coat was basically a felt blanket with arms. It looked nothing like the picture and looked absolutely terrible. And then they had the nerve to send an email with 20% coupon for my next purchase!!!🙄🙄🙄🤣🤣🤣 I hope I do buy something else from this crappy so called company again...🤨🤨🤨

Don't make my mistake. These clothes are not what they appear. The sizing is way off and they don't give refunds. Their website return policy is a complete lie. I contacted them within days of recieving the goods requesting a refund and was only offered 10%. Absolute scam

So the clothes look nothing like the pictures on their site and the quality of fabric and sewing is terrible but to make it worse is the sizing is way off. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and spend $300 on clothes from their site! I got the clothes and they are suppose to be a 3xl according to their sizing chart that’s what I would be. Well they are more like a size medium! I contact customer service ask if I can return them and they won’t let me! Said they will give me 10% of my money and I can keep the clothes that don’t fit me!!!

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews of this company first. They say they are from the Netherlands, but they are really from China. Their customer service is terrible, their packages don't arrive on time (or ever in my case), and they refuse to issue refunds. It is a total scam.

I wish I read the comments before I ordered. Their products look great in the images but are cheap and disgusting in real. They pretend to be in Netherlands but is actually from China. The refund policy they state in the website is absolute BS. I was given either replacement of the same garbage, any other garbage from their website or store credit. Such a scam.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Not as Advertised & Terrible Return Options

I ordered from this company and the product arrived nothing like the pictures. When I contacted customer service asking to return it for a full refund, I was shocked by the response.

Instead of simply accepting the return for a refund (which is basic customer service), they offered me everything except what I asked for:

a “free replacement” of an item I already don’t want,

store credit I will never use, or

only a 10% refund if I keep the faulty item.

They completely avoided giving a full refund for an item that was not as advertised.
This is not acceptable and feels very misleading.

I’m extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to fight for a basic return and refund.
