“We have been waiting for our order since October. Our phone calls and emails repeatedly go unanswered, and on the rare occasions when we do manage to reach someone, we are only given vague promises and further delays. This situation has become unacceptable. Frankly, it is difficult to understand how a company can continue to operate in such an unprofessional manner.
Don't order anything from here!!!! I've been chasing my order for months, they don't give any information in writing, they don't answer the phone.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order more than six months ago, and the furniture has still not been delivered. Throughout this entire period, the customer service has been extremely poor — they do not answer calls, emails, or messages, and they provide no updates or solutions.
I trusted this shop with my money and my time, and they failed to deliver even the basic level of service. I strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. There are many other stores that respect their customers — unfortunately, this one does not.
They don't deliver and are impossible to reach. Don't risk your time and money here.
I ordered 2 shelves in the middle of March, the original delivery time was 4-6 weeks, which I was okay with. They notified me in April that it might take a few more weeks, and I agreed. That was the last time I heard from them for a while. I could only reach them once in August, when a warehouse employee answered the phone and informed me that the holdup is on the manufacturer's end, but they'll sort it out. A few months passed, and we could finally reach them again on the 17th of October. Asked for a refund, received a document from their lawyer which stated that I officially agree to withdraw my original intent of buying the product, and I'll be refunded. On the same day, I provided my bank account number in response to the lawyer's request, no refund ever since. They removed themselves from Google reviews, I suppose, since the place doesn't pop up anymore.
Update: since then I received the money back, but it took many unanswered calls and about 3 promises from them. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst customer service experience ever. Delivery takes months, in my case more than three months. They never tell the truth about the whereabouts of yout order. Answers to your questions contradict one another. I have never in my life had such a bad experience as a customer.
Never buy from Dutch Home Hungary!
Webshop and products looks like cool, showroom as well. But when you order something it's going to late MONTHS. I have ordered a rug on 16th of September and after several emails, chats, phone calls I get nothing till today.
Communication is terrible. Literally no answer for emails, phone calls, messenger 9/10. When you reach them they tell your order is going to arrive next week - hahaha lol. Avoid them!
I ordered a sofa from this company, but the one I received was defective. They repeatedly assured me that they would arrange a replacement, yet after more than a year, I still haven’t received any furniture or a refund. In my experience, their communication has been full of unfulfilled promises, and I now feel forced to pursue legal action. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious with this company.
Not recommended. The company as well the owner are not trustworthy. Fraud, money withholding, no furniture being delivered or the furnitures are broken, ignored emails and phone calls. Worst experience ever. They under investigation for fraud.
Terrible experience with Dutch Home. I placed my furniture order in January, and it wasn’t shipped until May. When it finally arrived, they sent the wrong armchair and only 4 dining chairs instead of the 6 I paid for — and they weren’t even new, just used showroom pieces.
Since then, they’ve been completely unreachable by email or phone. When you go in person, they make empty promises and never follow through. It honestly feels like they’re playing games with your time and money.
Special mention to the manager, Rózsa Balázs, whose attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. No accountability, no resolution, just excuses.
Avoid this place if you value professionalism, honesty, or basic customer service.
Do not purchase anything from this Hungarian company. They will not send the prepaid designer goods for months/or ever. No communication, unable to reach them by phone, no replies to emails. My case went on for 4-5 months, and after repeatedly threatening them with lawyers I finally got my money back. Avoid them!!
