Well worth the 15% commission
Well worth the 15% commission - do exactly what they say on the proverbial tin, whole process took about a month end to end and it was completely painless (unlike the one claim I successfully managed to make myself, with tons of paperwork and a year long wait where I'd basically given up on getting anything). Thanks!

Yes they take a cut of your refund, but well worth it if you are just a lone consumer and don’t have the time/know how to deal with HMRC yourself

Very happy, well worth it
