Stay away from this website
A few months ago, this website operated under a different name, “selling” women’s clothing and cosmetics. Unfortunately, nothing I ordered was ever delivered. I contacted their support team multiple times via email. On two occasions, they claimed the package had already been delivered and advised me to search my neighborhood, suggesting it may have been left in an “unexpected location.”
Their most recent response was:
“Dear Customer,
I'm truly sorry to hear that you still haven't received the replacement package we sent out. We understand how frustrating this must be for you, and we take full responsibility for the situation.
The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours, and it typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.”
At this point, I am not expecting a refund. I’m sharing this to warn others: stay away from this website.
