I would give this ZERO stars if I could. HORRIFIC SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered 3 items in January 2025, only one item was supposed to be a pre-order coming in March. None of the items came. After months of repeatedly contacting them, getting rude, vague, short responses eventually 1 item was shipped. Then after months again of me contacting another was shipped. I had to contact them multiple times for the last item. They said it will be in stock in September. It never came. I emailed AGAIN in October and got a rude response again with zero information.

After TEN MONTHS OF WAITING!!!!!!!!! They cancelled the order. Playing the victim saying "we're a small family business" after giving no information, short responses, not acknowledging how INSANE it is to make someone wait 10+ months for a JANUARY ORDER. Zero help.

This is a disgusting scam company

Really bad retailer. Don't pre order anything. Have been waiting 2 yrs. They advertise stuff they can't provide x really bad customer service. Be warned.

DO NOT give this dodgy website your money. They take your money and keep it for months on end, while you wait, wait and wait some more. Then when you try to contact them they don’t have a phone number or a physical business address. Responses via their ‘website’ are vague and misleading. You’ll be lucky to get your money back, but don’t count on it! Disgusting behavior from this so called “business”. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

They are taking so long to dispatch the DVD. DOES IT REALLY TAKE 10+ DAYS TO PUT A DVD IN A PACK AND POST IT? Very dissatisfied. I’ve had items from China arrive much more quickly. I must say I’ve never had a good experience with this company

They cannot write the correct street number on a parcel for delivery and will not contact courier to pick and deliver properly.
Their advise is to go for a walk or maybe they send a letter to the wrong address and get them to deliver. Horible quality control for sending. Extremley bad customer service. A lovely way to treat someone that is incapacitated on a walking stick.

Scammers, 3 weeks and they didn't even shipped my order (also the page of the product that i bought dissapeared), i talk to them to cancel and refund it, and they have a cancellation fee, they know what they are doing...

Don’t touch this mob of thieving scam artists. They take your order/ preorder money and don’t supply the product. They use stall tactics to keep putting you off. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy to throw your money away!!!
Have been locked out of dvdland account since posting this and just out of interest the dvdland review page is via dvdland email so the mongrels just vet them. Need to start a class action and put these grubs out of business.

They take your money. Update your request, contact you through their site. And dont deliver the goods. They say you'll get it shortly but its been 10 months.

I placed an order for 2 DVDs in May 2024. Both were listed as "preorder - available soon". They finally became available 12 months later - and $20 cheaper. I did receive the 2 DVDs but despite complaining, DVDLand did not agree to refund the $20 difference.

Last week I placed another order for 2 DVDs both listed as "Available now". When they hadn't been sent after a week I contacted the company - twice before receiving and answer. I was told one would become available the first week of November and the second, the second week of December. I consider this to be false and misleading advertising. I won't be buying from them again.

Still waiting on an order that I ordered back in August.
No communication or updates about my order.
Will not respond to emails.
Doubt I will get my money back.
This company needs to be shut down.

great stock, quickly dispatched

I placed an order with this company on March 11, 2024, and as of today—over a year later —I have still not received my item. I’ve reached out to customer service, but there has been no meaningful update or resolution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, transparency, and urgency from a company I trusted. Delays happen, but ignoring customers and failing to follow through is unacceptable.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to others. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service moving forward.

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Arcane Season 1 from this company and have been given the run-around for close to a year now. I have attempted to contact them through their website three times; they only responded to the first, giving me generic assurances that the DVD would be sent to me when it's released.

Months later, still no DVD. I made my second attempt at communication. I checked a few days later for a response and found that my message had been deleted from the website (and consequently from the record). I believed initially that this was due to a technical error.

How wrong I was. I made one final attempt at communication a week ago (asking for either an update or a refund), and this too was deleted from the website.

I am convinced now that DVDLand is erasing all evidence that I've been trying to contact them — for what reason, I don't know. But I am pissed. In waiting for them to respond, I missed my window to file a dispute with PayPal, and I've been robbed to the tune of $150.

Stay away. Do NOT take your chances. It isn't worth the headache.
