i COC Portuguese WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
I bought 4 Independent Certificate of Conformity from this company. I wasted a load of time getting them. And when I presented them to legalise the vehicles in Portugal. They were REFUSED as a joke by the MOT authority, so don't waste your money!
dvlaadvice.co.uk just ask you for the SAME details found on your log book, and then print exactly the same on cheap white paper! You may as well print them out yourself! It is a JOKE!
PayPal refunded in full.

PLEAE BEWARE
PLEAE BEWARE. The first alarm should of been when you can only Pay by Bank Transfer. I phoned and spoke to man over the phone and explained about my car which was over ten years old and I was looking for a Certificate of Conformity as I was bringing it from Ireland to the UK. He did not mention that I did NOT need this form as the car is over ten years old. Once I sent him my details I realised by reading online it was not required. At this point I tried to make contact by phone to canel the order - phone left to voice mail. I then emailed - got no reply. I then got a letter in the post of information I had supplied about the car typed up on a Sheet!! it wasn't even a COC which I was lead to believe I was getting! So I phoned and got through to be told I could not get any type of refund etc we spoke for less than 3 minutes - I couldnt get a word in edgeways and eventually he hung up! Please please please DO NOT FALL for this

We do take credit cards and debit cards .
What you purchased was a document that lists your vehicle information in the correct sequence and format for filling in the UK V55/5 form. You selected this purpose when you ordered online and the payment system of BACS allows you further time to reflect on your purchase. It is very clearly described on the web order form page what is the purpose of the service you chose. You were then offered, in writing, a 14 day cooling off and cancelation period where you could cancel for a full refund, without giving us any reason. You notified us in writing you wished to waive that right and receive the iCoC from us as quickly as possible, to fill in your V55/5 form (the purpose of the service you ordered). It was produced and delivered to you within 2 working days. Regretfully, all this having been done, we would not be in a position, retrospectively, to refund you.

Needed a Crit'air sticker for Paris…
Needed a Crit'air sticker for Paris urgently and this website promised a PDF by email within 24 hours. Ordered 0915 on 11 July 2018 and, as of 1500 on 14 July I have heard nothing from them. Have requested a refund from them as the sticker would be of no use to me now but, of course, have heard nothing.

As has been conveyed to you by emails and evidence submitted to you... You ordered our crit'Air LEZ certification service at 09.15 on 11 July 2018. 40 minutes later, at 09.55 on 11 July 2018 we emailed you to tell you that: "Your Crit’Air certification has been processed in France and your vehicle is now registered on the CRIT-AIR scheme and on their system."
At 11.12 on 11 July 2018 we sent you an email with the PDF of the Crit'Air certificate for your vehicle, for you to use as a temporary dash mount, while you wait for the actual sticker to arrive by post.
This is the service that we provide for £35 and was fulfilled within 2 hours. I understand that due to email problems at your end (btinternet seemed to junk or delete our emails) you did not see these emails that we sent. Unfotunately, we are at the mercy of email unreliability and the random junking and deleting that goes on by free email providers. We do try and get this across to customers early on, that they need to add our email addresses to trusted sender or check junk email. I am very sorry you missed these emails and I am sorry you thought that we had not fulfilled our service, which we of course had. If you have any further questions or comments please feel free to call us. Thank you.

Don't use these people. Their documents are not accepted by the French Authorities. When you point this out to them they decline to reply. I've referred them to the local Trading Standards office.

A much more understandable system than the French one which was bewildering. Very quick and easy via DVLA but also very much more expensive. £30 plus for a £4.70 chit.
