The company representative answered all my questions about my purchase of their product.

The product arrived fast. I like the product but my evaporator core was a quarter inch thick completely covered in mold. I know the product was working, but the level of debris was too much for the product to handle.

The product I purchased did not work the way I expected and they sent me a new one free of charge. They were very kind and helpful.

Was a big improvement but still had some odor. I emailed them asking what more could be done and they never answered.

The whole experience from DWD2 was amazing from start to finish. They were ready for my appointment on time, the service was fantastic, Roe was very helpful and friendly, and the product worked very well! My air vents have been super clean ever since I used the foaming cleaner. Would highly recommended to anyone wanting to give DWD2 a try!!!!!

The timeliness of the delivery. Because my car is snowed in at this point I have not been able to try the air freshener spray, but will do so the first opportunity I get.

Once I ordered it I received it within few days. Easy to use and doe the job!

This is the 2nd time I used it.

Clean air is working so far, the musty smell is allmost all gone from spraying two cans in the air duct system while it was blowing. I think I might be ordering some more of this and spray it in a few rooms. Thank you clean air!

Cannot rave about this company enough...would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only are there products top notch, but this family run business could not be more on top of their game, nor more service oriented. Bravo DWD2 Bravo...
