I have had one Buyer appointment and…
I have had one Buyer appointment and two seller appointments since I started. Listing one of the houses next week and have a follow up in February on the other list appointment. So far it seems worth the start up money . Like any lead generation company you start out it takes time . The leads seem ok and Dwelio seems to follow up alright so far.

Dwellio sent me a lead for a seller lead. Contacted the client and the listing is now active. Check it out! 187 Rebel Hill Ln, Mooresville, NC. They’re even helped boost the listing! Getting showings already and hope to sell it within 30 days.
I actually literally just received a call from another Broker about the property as I was writing this. lol.
Great company to work with and you literally have a text/call line dedicated between you and one of their agents. It’s so simple.

Honestly, I’ve used other systems in the past and to me your data is the most accurate. A lot of correct numbers, cell phone numbers. You make a lot of calls, and you are actually getting in contact with people versus the wrong numbers.”
“I’ll tell you what, I’ve used a lot of different services and I’d say your accuracy is about 85% depending on the data I’m looking for is.”

From Slow Start to Steady Growth
It's been 5 months since I started working with Dwelio, it started off very slow with not much leads coming in but recently I started to gain some traction with their leads and flow became smoother so for now I have hopes with them moving onwards.

Only 4 stars because we started off with leads that weren’t too strong and maybe a bit of confusion.
But now the leads are stronger and there have more of them! We’re starting to get traction with the leads as well.

It's a scam
These people truly have fraudulent practices. They promise a refund if they do not provide the promised leads. When they don't, the just beg for more time, promise a refund that you never see. Highly recommend staying clear of this company.
Their response is untrue. They have acknowledged they owe me the refund. They simply pretend its in another departments hands. They are not to be trusted.

You were onboarded on July 21, 2025, and received your first lead on August 15, 2025, within the agreed timeframe. Several valid and exclusive leads were delivered, and your account remains active with nine months still left in your annual plan. We also upgraded your package with live-transfer leads, at no extra cost, to ensure you had every opportunity to succeed.
Refunds are processed strictly according to the contract, which states they may only be considered if no valid leads are delivered. Since you received qualified leads as promised, the request was respectfully declined.
We genuinely value all of our clients and made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably. Our goal has always been to help you achieve results, not to cause frustration. We wish you the very best moving forward and remain open to communication if you’d like to discuss this further in good faith. Again, we truly regret that your experience has led to this situation. Your feedback is important to us, and we remain committed to improving both our service and communication.

Affordable lead generation program. I have received about 3-4 leads over the past 4 months, but I would say only one was really good. Time will tell if it is worth it or not.

Signed up for leads .
I was excited when I signed up. I thought I was gonna get a lot of deals and I did but all of them did not pan out in mostly they’re not interested. They are not ready and so I feel like I just like they’re not interested and that was it so I’m not very happy with that. I had been here in this company for maybe a year now and I haven’t had a single lead that was good so I think that this is just a waste of money and I signed up for a platinum lead where I pay 1000 something a year and I cannot keep track of all my leads and I don’t know how many leads I have and so like I said I’m excited to get them excited to call, but they’re not interested even if I call him back the same thing the same reason but thanks anyway for all the efforts, o appreciate the leads sent to me
