SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
Do Not signup for their services. I signed up for their lead generation services in October of 2024. They advertise that if you are not satisfied and cancel their services within the first 45 days you will be refunded your initial signup fee of $599. I called and formally emailed to cancel my plan in November within the the 45 day window. They accepted the request and informed me that my refund will be processed and returned within 60 days. It is now May 9, 2025 and I have yet to receive my refund.
I have been in constant contact with customer service, who by the way has done a good job of keeping the lines of communication open. However, that means nothing when it's been over 6 months since I canceled their services. I am being given the run around and told that my refund will be processed in the next 30 days. When the 30 days expire, I contact customer service again who then tells me that the finance department is contacting the bank because there's been an issue and they are trying to figure out how to refund my money. I am again told it will take another couple of weeks. Yet again when the time frame expires and I have no refund, I am then told to give them more time to find out what's going on with the bank to provide me my money.
This was a mistake signing up for their services. They advertise on their website that they are trusted by agents with well known and successful realty brokers. Some of those brokerages are Berkshire Hathaway, EXP Realty, Keller Williams, and Century21. This cannot be true if their level of professionalism is this low. The reviews on their website are not a reflection on the true services and experiences of this company.
I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division about my situation.
Stay away and find another lead generation company to work with because Dwelio has not done a good job of upholding their service agreement.

So far so good. I've been using Dwelio for 2 months and have received credible leads, reliable contact information and excellent customer service. The appointments are serious buyers and sellers. This isn't a numbers game with Dwelio.... they set you up for success!

Don't work with these people...........
Don't work with these people for lead generation. They randomly call people about selling and then try to add your info as a lead. I have ask numerous times to not be called and removed. I'm on a do no call list. Why would I inquire about selling my home with them if I'm an agent.

Do not give these people any money
Do not give these people any money. Horrible. They promise leads or a money back guarantee. Have not delivered either. They have given me people who are already listed with another agent or who have no interest in selling. It also looks like they have loaded this site with fake reviews to bury the bad ones.

The Best Lead Service So Far
I’ve been using Dwelio for a few months now and I was shocked how great the leads were. I pay for several different lead providers and this was by far the best bang for buck service. I am canceling every other service as the standard is now set so high with what a great value this company has been.

Slow start, but very responsive and on top of things
I signed up with Dwelio a while ago. The initial leads came through quickly, but then there was a period of silence. What gives me confidence in the value of Dwelio is their responsiveness. As soon as I filed a complaint, they responded immediately and worked on solving the issue. When you start working with Dwelio, you get assigned a personal account manager, and they work closely with their clients to close a transaction with buyer and seller leads.

As a real estate agent I get lead…
As a real estate agent I get lead generation and referral fee pitches constantly. I decided to give Dwelio a try because they seem to have both an effective process in place and have put more effort into vetting the potential buyer and seller leads than many other places I have experienced. I have a number from them I'm actively working with and look forward to a closing in the near future.

I signed up in September 2024 with a 60 day money refund guarantee. When I called before the 60 day period, they asked me to give them another chance and extended the offer to Jan 3, 2025. They never gave us one viable lead and now they refuse to issue a refund. They played games due to the 60 day dispute period due to banking regulations. Now the only recourse I have to sue them, which I will do.. Do not put one cent in this company.
