Exceptional stay

Wonderful stay

Stayed 3 nights for my commute to Central London with my colleagues absolutely loved it.
Arrived late in the evening host was more than happy to show us around, fridge was stocked up with milk and all the other essentials being a vegan myself didn't expect dairy free alternative to be there however pleasently surprised to see stocked up and the fresh fruits to go with it. Kitchen was stocked up with all the essentials for cooking so there was no issues for cooking if you're happened to be a family visiting on holiday.

Location-Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Only 25 minutes away from Central London on tube you get to have best of both.

Place- Well decorated with spotlessly clean like a brand new house. Added bonus of Netflix and fast Internet

Host-Very quick to respond and helped with any queries you had.

5 stars from me overall and will definitely come back.

We stayed in the house located in…

We stayed in the house located in Chigwell. Superb place and house. You get everything you need to spend great time in London. The bus stops are a minute walk from the house, a fish and chip shop across the road. Quiet neighbourhood and a large country park nearby for those, who would like to enjoy some quiet walks. The house is very clean, perfectly equipped and large enough to host a whole family. The hosts are amazing and caring people. We arranged the trip to London as a gift for my wife's birthday . The team went above and beyond and made sure the house was decorated for the her occasion. We loved every minute of the stay. Highly recommended this place for fellow travellers Excellent team.

Willing to leave a young family in the lurch

Beware! We made and fully paid for our reservation only for them to cancel 3 weeks before we were due to come because the previous renters wished to extend their stay. They offered us a different property which was less suitable and retracted the offer less than 24 hours later, while we were trying to reach a resolution as someone else booked it! They were happy to leave me, my wife and our children of 3 and 1 stranded in a different country, without a place to stay. We were treated horribly

Good Morning.

Firstly we haven't cancelled your reservation its Airbnb. Please check the cancellation details.
We offered you alternate accommodation on 25th Apr.We had to move you as the Elderly couple wanted to extend their stay who have special needs(medical condition). We cannot reveil details due to GDPR.
Waited for one day for your confirmation with the same price. You had issues with the back garden. Which is why you contact Airbnb.
We waited for Airbnb as well and asked you if there is any updates. Finally when we reached out to Airbnb on 26th Apr; they cancelled the booking with FULL REFUND. Again let us reiterate here its not us who cancelled the booking. We have not left you homeless; when you are still in USA @ your home. With full refund you can book any other accommodation as still one month left for your travel.

Later you wanted compensation and low rates for another property. The property was open for booking because you didnt accept the change of reservation and we received another booking due to high demand.

1. Did we offer you alternate accommodation - YES
2. Was the accommodation less than 0.5 miles - YES
3. Was it offered at the same rates - YES
4. Were you given time to decide - YES

If you fail to take action its not our fault. You wanted lower prices for expensive (alternate) property along with extra compensation. Which we offered you for the same price initially.

We have email from Airbnb who reviewed all your responses on Airbnb and reported you and apologised to us.

You have falsely accused us to cancel your booking when you were given time to decide.
Here you intentionally trying to sabotage our reputation by not one review but multiple bad reviews and false claims.

We followed the protocol set by Airbnb. And its not our fault if you were not able to decide.

Unreliable; cancel last second

Several weeks before our trip, dwellers “delight” sent me an e-mail that my booking was cancelled and offered me a less desirable home in a different location. After calling them, I was informed that they are extending the stay of someone else who does not have children.

When I reiterated that I was traveling with a baby and a toddler and needed my original booking to be honored, they cancelled the second home as well, leaving us with no place to stay. Airbnb later confirmed that it was indeed them who cancelled our booking.

The prices may seem enticing, but clearly in my case there was a “catch.”

We had a great experience with Dwellers…

We had a great experience with Dwellers Delight, stayed in the luxury apartments which definitely worth the money and exceeded our expectations. Thanks for the outstanding service and always a quick communication. Highly recommend Dwellers Delight and hope to contact them again soon.

Wonderful and stunning place to live on a vacation.

We had a wonderful weekend and very much enjoyed our stay at Urvi's place. It is in a beautiful great location for shopping as the city center is stones throw away. Great views from the flat which was relaxing, loved it the most. Everything was clean, fresh and new, which was so wonderful. The host were very kind as the flat was stocked with necessary and essentials. I have given 5 stars as the place is very comfortable, peaceful and next to river Thames and right next to a park. Definitely will be returning again soon...
