What a nonsense. They are trying to make me guilty that after 2 weeks they still haven't sent the order.
There is no problem or mistake with the written address in the order. I make many orders and everything arrives to the Post. No other company had a problem with it. Only in this store, where every customer has a bad review, there is some imaginary problem.
You should learn to respond to people in email and not on this site. And who will return my money?
Good day. I placed an order on 08/16/23, but I still haven't received it. The postal service says they were notified of the shipment on 08/23/23, but they still haven't received it either! I have not received any response to my appeals yet! Please solve the problem of customers!
I am editing the review. I received the phone 3 months after the order. There are no problems with the product. But very long processing and sending.

I purchased an iPad, yes it was a great feeling of experience, I mean I was satisfied with the service. And I am happy with the iPad that arrived into my hand. Secondly, It takes a short time that I didn't expect, i received it by the next day of purchased.
But, a bit sad, that it didn't arrive to my house. I had to walk 25 minutes to pick up my order.
