Martyn (DW service engineer) is brilliant. Always available when we need him. Always calls ahead for planned service visits. Always gets to us as soon as he possibly can when we have an issue with the anaerobe cabinet. Can't fault the team or the service by DW.

Excellent service support provided for the Whitley A35 Anaerobic Cabinet and the engineer Daniel Wells is a fountain of knowledge on the operation of this instrument

Andrew and Callum attended on site on 18th Feb to service our anaerobic cabinets. They were efficient and very accommodating in allowing us to always keep one cabinet up and running to keep our cultures alive.

An exceptional service from start to finish. Arranging the engineer visit to coincide with insurance inspections was straightforward. The calibrations were conducted professionally and efficiently, and the calibration certificates issued in timely fashion.

Adam is highly knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He provides useful feedback on the causes of any breakdowns,and the work done to correct any issues.

We had an engineer/ calibration engineer Martin Perry attend our site to perform our annual autoclave calibration. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped give more information on the data the equipment gives to help us keep our equipment in the best condition.

Had Martin on site today to carry out a service on 2 instruments and investigate the cause of a heating issue. He was able to sort the problem and complete the services working with our site engineers to get to the bottom of the heating issue. Customer service end of DWS is also solid, no complaints.

We have been using DW cabinets for a long time now and the level of support has consistently been excellent. The equipment is reliable and th aftercare gives real peace of mind in a busy laboratory environment. We are extremely happy with our new A45 anaerobic cabinet and just as importantly, with the outstanding service we have received from day one. Whenever we have had a query or problem, emails have been answered promptly and within 24/48h we have had an engineer on site checking that everything was working as it should.
