My parcel has also been “delayed” in transit with Evri. There is no customer service telephone number for DW tools. Really really frustrating having to wait for my enquiry to be dealt with via an email ticket being raised.

I have ordered many times from this…
I have ordered many times from this company, they are always very helpful. Free carriage or post only this time I was charged an extra £20 for delivery which was very disappointing. I contacted them but was told because I am classed as Highlands and Islands the carrier charges extra, but, I have not moved so why the extra cost this time? The box was crushed at one end and the bars were actually sticking out of the box, as I said disappointing this time
