I can see your order was placed on 7/12/23 & a ticket raised with our customer service team on 12/12/23 regarding the fault.
Our team then requested a credit from the supplier under warranty and via a number of emails back & forth with our customer service team you advised you had bought a replacement elsewhere and so a full refund was processed to you on 19/12/23. Our team informed you to hold on to or dispose of the faulty item rather than return it.
