Great, timely, and personable service. Exactly what I needed with proper precautions during the times of covid-19, and Ilya ensures the job gets done. They even went the extra mile and provided (unplanned) help in moving our furniture into our place without extra charge. I will be using their service soon to get rid of all this IKEA cardboard!

Excellent collaboration: driver helped to move down the pieces of my electronic piano, wrapped them carefully and help to install them upon arrival. All this in a good atmosphere and following corona-proof guidelines.

Afterwards he even took an old fridge and heather off me, helping me to declutter my garage.

We recently moved internationally and I had lots and lots of baby and childrens’ stuff that I wanted to donate to a good cause named Nasci vzw (poverty and child poverty is very real and Numbers in Belgium are even increasing!). But I didn’t seem to get to bring everything to Nasci, so I was thrilled to hear they work together with dwump, so I wouldn’t have to bother. It was pretty straightforward to register and personally I find 10€ totally worth the money because it saves me the trip and quite some effort and time. Driver Ilya picked up the goods and delivered them, and communication with him went very smooth. He was very friendly too ;-) we are happy and I can recommend! I would use their service again next time!

Everything went as planned. Maybe some better guidance and instructions on how to calculate the volume of the dump. It seems that above a limit there is an extra amount for the decherie.

Had last week my house move with Illya from Dwump and I only can recommend his service. Reliable, on time, friendly and very helpful carrying me the most heavy bags to the 3rd floor. Never had a better experience with a move (... and I moved a lot). I will spreading the word for sure!

Great service. Used Dwump for the Xmas Donation to Nasci. There was a delay, but was messaged regarding this. Found out on arrival the van had broken down and had to change the vehicle which was smaller, but all my bags (5) were still able to get in. Thanks again.
