Very pleasant and professional repair person and the repair is good as new. The repair person went above and beyond to repair the car.

The Engineer, Danny, was extremely helpful.

The service we have received has been wholly unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and distress.
Both ourselves and Mercedes-Benz Taunton had been awaiting confirmation that the alloy wheel repair would be completed as scheduled. We were specifically assured by James at DWV that the repair would be carried out today. Based on this confirmation, all parties made the necessary arrangements and expected the repair to proceed.
Furthermore, the manner in which we were treated during our subsequent telephone conversation with DWV was completely unacceptable. The colleague we spoke with:
X Refused to check with James regarding the confirmation that had been provided.
X Stated, whilst laughing, that James was unwell and therefore unavailable (Which has been proved to be a lie afterwards)
X Refused our request to speak with a manager.
Stated that he did not feel like transferring the call to a manager.
X Displayed behaviour that we found dismissive, rude, and discriminatory.
This conduct falls far below the standard of customer service that any customer should reasonably expect. Being treated in such a manner, whilst attempting to resolve an issue that has already caused considerable inconvenience, is deeply disappointing.

Really helpful man came to fix my car, very quick service and looks great. The booking process was good but maybe improved a little bit by letting you pick a specific day not just the week.
