Having been with an alternative hosting company for several years for Magento websites, the speed of the sites gradually got slower and slower to the point that it was seriously affecting conversion rate. I decided to switch on a Sunday morning. By the Sunday night the first site was moved over by DX3, and the site was noticably faster. Contact throughout the day was constant through Skype and I could not have asked for better service. Very happy customer.

I've never worked with a more responsive and helpful set of staff for anything between a small change to help in a disastrous situation. Couldn't recommend them more!

They are great! Not just a speedy Magento hosting, but the customer support is best in business. You can get a feeling, that you have a personal web administrator, who cares about your page security,upgrades and speed.

Maybe there are some similar product like the portfolio of DX3WEBS at similar price, but the customer service... oh I can't explaine.

I have been in the web business since the glorious 90's and have had dealings with lots of different hosts and companies. I must say that this is one of the best hosts i have had! Small enough to care but big enough to matter...Andy has the balance just right.

He moved our magento ecommerce web site easily and made the whole process hassle free. Andy is quick to respond to emails and is very knowledgeable.

Would i recommend? yes without a shadow of a doubt, these guys are one of the good guys and deserve our business...A+

I find him quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and patient and easy to understand when I let him know he's lost me on some technical detail. He doesn't assume too much knowledge on my part and he is happy to talk directly to other developers I am working with when the conversations start going above my head. Just what I need, thank you!

I signed up with Dx3webs as I had seen their benchmarks for running a magento site and reading the reviews on this site. I signed up with them on a Friday and by the Sunday with their help had migrated my site from the old host to them. When there were problems they responded to my queries very quickly even though it was the weekend and late at night and were always helpful, solving every problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it has only been 3 days but their customer service has been the best I have received from a hosting company.

I signed up with them to host a magento shop and their expertise with magento has been invaluable. They even helped to optimise the site and it is now running considerably faster than my previous host and a 1/3 cheaper.

Its also worth noting they also operate a switching service from your old host. I did not take advantage of this but have no doubts it would have been an even easier transfer if I had.

I would recommend Dx3Webs to any person looking for a hosting company but if you are a magento user then you really shouldn't consider anyone other than Dx3Webs

Any questions we had were promptly answered, and any minor hiccups reported were promptly dealt with. Good service. We also noticed a considerable speed increase on the back end of Magento. Happy!

We moved our Magento sites to Dx3webs in April 2014 and they couldn't have been more helpful. The support team were excellent and, when there were a few initial speed problems, they worked over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend to solve all the issues. My main fear when dealing with any support service is that your enquiry disappears into a black hole - not so with Dx3webs, their support team respond quickly and are reassuringly knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them … A refreshing change from the disinterested industry standard.

Can't fault them!

We moved to DX3 Sept 2013 and for the same price as our previous hosts have very much better speed and uptime. (I think it's 99.998% or something effectively perfect). But the main thing is how helpful Andy and his team are if we have any questions or need for further optimisation. We have used Magento since 2008 and it's a tricky beast. These guys really seem to understand how to make it fast and stay fast and they are easily accessible - no long queues or waiting for tickets to be responded to. They just get on with it quickly and efficiently. Old fashioned customer service in tomorrow's world.

What can be said about a hosting company?

Well not much as you usually buy a plan point the site and hey no need to deal with them. DX3 and the team are not just any hosting company. The advisor and the staff there go far beyond any expectations and some. They have helped me resolve Magento bugs, set up new installs in seconds. The sites they host for us have had maybe 2hrs down time when they switched servers, which in the years we have been with them is nothing. The sites are fast and secure as you would expect.

I would say to anyone in the UK looking for a Magento hosting company to go for it you will not be disappointed at all.

He is the man when it comes to Magento trust us

The support Andy gives you is absolutely top notch, superb. He knows Magento inside out, and that is a massive advantage because not only are the servers all optimised specifically for Magento, he can also help with the more complicated aspects of the setup that other hosts (and I am talking about the big guns here) just would not be able to help you with. They might give you some generalised advice, but they definitely wouldn't sort it out for you. He does. So tonight for example he helped me set up the SSLs for a multistore with multiple SSLs all tied to a totally different IP for module licensing reasons. Erk, I would have really struggled on that and I'm glad the site is on one of his boxes.

Cost wise it is really very competitive too. Bear in mind when you compare prices that the Dx3 price is for a managed server.

Fast well tuned servers, great service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.
