First troubles with installing DXO Photolabs 9, contacted support, answer received within one hour, but trouble could be solved by myself before.
Support works if needed.

It took several emails back and forth but the issue was solved by the team. No longer a problem.

Great image quality.
Panorama stitching on RAW file level would be a nice addition.

Just finished a movie shoot as the BTS photographer (behind the scenes) and most of the scenes occurred at night, with the majority being fast action. This meant pushing ISO beyond the low noise threshold; dynamic range suffered too. The fix was made a lot simpler using Pure Raw 5 in a one step process. My basic RAW processor is CaptureOne, but it didn't deliver the same level of fix to satisfy me let alone the producer/director. I had Pure Raw 3 and wasn't too impressed with the results or the user interface. Upgrading to PR5 was a major leap forward and well worth the price.

Lots of features, but steep learning curve. Masks are not easy and quick to utilize as compared to Capture One.
Denoise is very good.

Pureraw 5 is the best denoising software that's out there. Brings new life to digital raw file images since it's camera and lense specific. Have tried other products, which use generic AI algorithms. Noone comes close. Highly recommend pureraw5.

I have been using dxo since around 2007 and am very satisfied. One positive aspect is the workflow: with individual presets, I can specify which corrections I want to apply to images by default. I can then make specific corrections to each image. Particularly noteworthy are the noise filter and local adjustments with control points, and now also AI masks.

The reduction of noise was impressive. The processing is slow but can be left to get on with it.

Very good products. I have never stepped away from Adobe’s photography tools, so I was quite surprised by how good other tools were, especially DxO. I was hesitant to, but their free trial really helped with my decision. The best feature being NO SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!! Yay!

Really impressed with the prompt response of DxO's support staff. The problem I had encountered was that there was a bit of a gap between making a payment and the email confirmation coming through. The problem fixed itself after 20 minutes or so, but support staff were in touch not long after that. Due to previous interactions with DxO, I was confident that the problem could be sorted out without difficulty – which proved to be the case.

The programs from DXO are their price worth,the result is mostly as expected

The issue was resolved in a very timely manner however being technically challenged it was difficult to address and fix the issue myself. I had to have outside (Geek Squad) assistance.

I have used NIK collection for years. It is easy to use to edit photos. I had difficulty to upload NIK 8 last month, got help from DxO support to solve the problem.

The help was just great and also always very quick. The product itself seems to be very efficient, however I had to less time to get used to all features.

Excellent noise reduction and colour reproduction. Customer service is helpful and answers promptly.

I recently experienced an issue with DxO that caused me some frustration, but I want to highlight how well it was handled. The support team listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and worked with me until the matter was fully resolved.

I find DXO Nik Fx 8 very useful in my Photoshop Portrait work. 4 or 5 of the filters in Colour Fx are important to me in getting the skin tone and image impact spot on. When PS updated to v25 and Fx to 8.2 my Nik Fx failed to open past the first Icon image, which stayed on screen whichever programme I moved on to. I found DXO Support very sympathetic and sent me several clean system and diagnostic programmes. I also sent a video of my actions to try to open Nik Fx. About a month after the start of the problem DXO sent me a Hot fix which added .02 to their original programme. I was so pleased when it worked as it did previously. Thanks to some persistence from the Support ladies to their back office and my regular contact with politeness on my part, DXO is back in my PS workflow. Leaving me a very happy man and pleased with the actions of DXO
