I feel they have ripped me off ,I paid…

I feel they have ripped me off ,I paid for a cancellation for netflix as my dad passed away but its only months later I found that my dad had netflix with virgin so why they toom my money and its not been cancelled at all ,a rip of firm ,I should of gone straight to virgin, at least they would not charge me £25.00 an my mum still paying for it a total rip of this dome is stay away from this sight an this company .jackie V

Poor experience

Just hope you don't have to interact with them, their customer service is unsupportive.

It's also ridicolous that they work only with the transactions on your bank account and most credit cards are just ignored and their online forms are laggy and unresponsive.

I'm sure there are plenty of alternatives out there that can help you far better than these guys.

Love how Dyme is simple yet customizable enough!

Love this app, its super clear and easy to use. After asking them whether I was eligible for the free premium options (I really wanted a system with budgeting options so that I get notified if all goes too fast). They simply gave me the premium version! Super kind of them, and it does help! I can quickly deal with my money situation now, and it's easy to search, organize or reorganize payments and categories. I have tried many, but most have either no customisation options or 9999999 options that leave me clueless. Dyme is the perfect mix of options to make it my own system and yet work with the bare minimum. No more losing time on a system learning curve or searching for things! Thank you very much Dyme. One very happy (and in the future also a rich an paying) customer!

My mother recently used this 'Service'…

My mother recently used this 'Service' with no idea that she was dealing with anyone other than Audible - she just wanted to cancel a subscription but clicked on the paid-advert and went to Dyme by mistake. Whilst this led to an inadvertent fee being incurred, I was very impressed by the response I received on contacting Dyme. From being a full-on sceptic, I am now reassured that Dyme is seeking to offer a genuine service to those that need it. I have therefore updated my review and rating accordingly

A scam. Downright dishonest

My daughter is a vulnerable adult who wanted to cancel her Netflix account. She searched for cancel Netflix, Dyme comes up top as a paid advert. Dyne charged her £29.95 for something she could do directly and simply with Netflix. This is A SCAM, PREYS ON THE VULNERABLE AND IS DOWNRIGHT DISHONEST

Credit card dispute

I don’t know if I have come through to the correct department.
I’ve had my credit card statement and am disputing an entry-
Transaction dated 5 January 2022
Dyne Amsterdam No. 03153276302 £29.95
On that date I went online to Netflix to cancel my neighbour’s ( who has passed away) subscription and it requested a cancellation fee of £29.95 which I paid on my credit card.
I have since been in contact with Netflix to be told they do not charge a cancellation fee.
This appears to be scam which should be repaid to me.
I would be grateful for your reply asap

No stars for this company. Tried this for a way while and even used their advice to look for a cheaper car insurance. They messed up my information that might result to me paying more and they're answer is: 'sorry, we are not being allowed to get information from the new insurance company to fix the mistake. Only you can call'. So basically they are forcing me to fix their mistake. Ridiculous service, if you can even call it that.
