Language settings?

It seems like a decent app from what my Google search told me. But when I downloaded the app the default language is Dutch making it impossible for me to navigate it and and change the setting to English. Is this an option?

I forgot my password

I forgot my password, then tried to reset, never worked.
I checked my inbox as well as the spam folder. Nothing comes in from dyme.

I decided to delete and never use it again.

Very useful

I got a contract cancelled with a telco within the provided time frame. I had tried to cancel / modify that contract with the company directly before, and it was impossible since they were always requesting more documents.

Dyme made the cancellation possible in a very smooth and fast manner.

Great app really saves you money

Great app! Especially for making it easy to cancel pesky subscriptions and even renegotiates broadband and energy contracts for you. Already saved me a lot. Way to go guys!

Just a little bit more!

It's a really good app but I'd like to have some graphs as features as well.

Another app called Wallet offers multiple graphical overviews, and I think Dyme would be even better with this feature.

Also, more languages being supported would be good too, but it doesn't matter too much to me as long as Dutch is included

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service and are willing to refund your money if any problems arise. I originally had a misunderstanding and the  cancellation didn't work.However, I am very happy with their response time and how they immediately clarified and refunded my money back.

One criticism would be that they clarify on their website that they can only cancel memberships after legal contract periods are completed.
