This company really took the time and effort to help me with my issue. Especially nowadays, when is seems even the biggest companies are transitioning away from the previous helpful and quick response team to impersonal and cumbersome protocols, Dynam took care of me, Way to go!

I contacted DYNAMRC about 4-5 days looking for part for my very old float plane. I looked for days to find it but plane so old hard to find. Chatting with Robin X he looked after 4 days he found it for me. That’s far and above the call of duty. Thanks RX you are a good person.

It was very pleasant dealing with Dynam rc sales department. Unlike many companies they were prompt with replies, and informative and knowledgeable about the products, supply and delivery times. Robin Xu was particularly helpful with friendly quick replies to my questions, not only about which plane I should get (pnp) but also when to expect supplies to return to USA. They actually beat their projections and my plane arrived on the 23rd April ahead of schedual. The product was well packed and came without missing parts or damage. It was pretty mych exactly as I was expecting. I would not hesitate to do business with Robin, and Dynam again

I was greatly disappointed regarding a previous order when I received no response for a request for missing hardware for an aircraft I had ordered.

They had the part I needed in stock and the price was right. I got the part delivered, undamaged and in a timely manner.

I NEVER GOT MY MOTOR. LOST MY MONEY. POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES NEVER GOT RESPONSE. NEVER BUY FROM DYNAM.

Hello, I bought a 1,270mm Trojan, it has very good finishes and scala finishes, it also has a resistant construction, ideal for beginner and advanced pilots

Clean, clear, expensive shipping from China. Weak presence in the EU though (only in Germany we can find a decent supplier: Natterer).
The product is high quality epo and keeps things easy and uncomplicated

Most plastic servo adjusters broke while simply adjusting . Esc delivered didn't work , right side elevator broken at flap

Everything went quite well. The only thing that is slightly annoying is the delivery time. I understand it is due to the vast distance. Either way the product is fine.

Ordered a p51 mustang SRTF. A few days later was told the plane was available in pnp from LA, and the other items, receiver, transmitter battery, charger, and other items I ordered for spares would be shipped from china, i should receive in 6 to 8 days. Received the incorrect plane 4 days later, a tiger moth. Took a day to hear back after informing of incorrect plane. Then received a reply 2 days after telling me they'd send me a label because they sent my plane to the person who ordered the Tiger Moth and that individual would send me mine. A week later my p51 arrives after I sent the Tiger moth. Opened the retaped box that had an among us character drew on the side only to discover everything had been opened. All the parts were loose in the boxes, took inventory and was missing nuts for the control arm connectors. Luckily I'm a pack rat who saves everything so I had some. The right wing flap had been disconnected, and servo arm was dangling around. The control rod for the elevator was bent. The fuelsalage wasnt even wrapped in plastic as i have seen on unboxing videos. After assembling noticed the rudder was starting to come loose, and hadn't even flown or moved the sticks yet. Took some foam tac to the hinge. As soon as the weather breaks I'll see how it flies, a little worrisome to say the least. Transmitter, receiver, props, all came in about 16 days even though i was quoted for them to arrive much sooner. No issues so far with those. Battery and charger does its job.
Had my reservations about ordering from dynam, never had before, planned on being a regular customer, but this will more than likely be the only business they'll get from me. Messaged customer service about the missing nuts, and the opened parts and was hoping they'd make it right. But they have not. If I would've had the option I would've just kept the Tiger moth.
First time customer, may have just been a run of bad luck.....but wouldn't suggest it.
