good communication, easy returns and exchanges

Received a nice item . Jeans are snug but they have some stretch . Can’t tell them from regular jeans . Haven’t ridden in them yet .

Great fit, great armor, and comforting to know that you've got some of the most abraision-resiatant stuff out there.

I would give a "0" stars rating, if I could. This company is obviously a scam, or an EXTREMELY poorly run one, at the very least!
I have reached out twice, to the only contact opportunity the company offers,
to ask for a confirmation of payment and an approximate delivery date, for pre ordered riding jeans. Neither of the two times I tried to reach out, have my inquiries been responded to.
I am saddened that I will have to file with paypal to get my money back, as I was looking forward to owning a great pair of riding jeans. Such a shame that customer service does not exist in many companies these day's.

Bought one pair, liked them so much I bought a second pair! Fit like second skin and very comfortable! Not as hot as my normal kevlar lined riding pants. Haven't crash tested them and hope never have to but armor stays in the right places and adjustable knee armor is very secure. I like them! Fit was right on for 38w/34L. A bit tight over adventure boots but don ride up at all!

Great pair of motorcycle jeans. Love the adjustable knee pads. Ordered one size larger than my wranglers and fit great. Finally a motorcycle Jean that’s not a hip hugger cut.

Awesome riding jeans. Comfortable and stylish. Fit a little snug at first, but relaxed to a ‘custom’ fit quickly. Fortunately, I haven’t tested any of the abrasion resistance.

Good looking pair of jeans. But do not run true to size.

I never got them. Do I want them yes. See these pants have no liners. They have all the odd sizes. With getting the length you don’t have to get them hemmed if you have short legs. At least that is what the web sight says. And you can wash them. But the logistics of getting them is rough. For one your trying to communicate in real time through email. That never works. Live chat or 800 number. You shouldn’t be leftin the dark on you order. And it should be easy with out lots of moving parts. And if there is a issue it’s hard trying to give great customer service through emails. My last email said I was getting a full refund. Cause size 40-30 is not is stock. And it’s not known when it will be. I think if that is the case then the preorder on the web sight should be done away with. And it should be us the customer to decide if we don’t want the product. See if there was a in real time dialogue. We could of discussed options. Instead of saying you’ll get your full refund. Why I say this is cause I still would of tried the 38-30 and if I could put them on I’d keep them and order a 40-30 later. But since. e-mail is how we talk in real time. We never get the message in real time. And can’t discuss options. I sent photos of receipt of sent package with tracking info. So I knew when the pants got back. I waited for confirmation I got non. While I waited I measured my favorite pants. And to my surprise they was 40 according to the chart.I sent a photo of the pants with the measuring tape on pants I waited and finally sent another email saying I’m pretty sure you got the pants. The next email I got was saying I was getting a full refund. After waiting all this time. I’m told they are not I stock which I knew when I first ordered and got the smallest size shipped to me. And he didn’t know when they will be back In stock. That isn’t what the web sight says. But either way there is nothing in the web sight saying it’s going to take over a month to get the product your trying to get. I order like this all the time. And this is the first time I’ve had such a hard time getting what I ordered. And was told I’m getting my money back. I believe these pants will sell big time I hope that eventually you get caught up and have a store. And that shipping would not be so hard and complicated . I could of ordered from other out of county manufacturers. And I would have the product. With no issues. I hope I can change my review. But I can’t post a good review on something I held for a minute to send back.
Update: First I have no beaf with you.I really want your pants.and I sent you a email as soon as I saw your pop I noticed the size was wrong. You said there was a few that had this issue but not enough to warrant working on it. I know I didn’t order the size you sent me. My wife double checked. But I did tell you the size in a email. And as I waited I decided to double check size by your chart. So I sent you another email. With photo of my pants with measuring tape. You didn’t say a word. Then I sent you a email asking you if you got pants. I knew you did cause I tracked it. You then told me you didn’t have my size in stock. But might send me them that Monday. I had no problem with the wait. Your web sight said pre order before you changed it. Then i sent you another email to send the pants you put in order which you said I the email you had non. Which then you gave me a full refund. One I still would love to try these pants. Two are f to could if takes to you in real time non of this would of went down. Three you can’t have the sizes. Which now your web sight says. Which you changed right the same day you refunded my money. I have ordered stuff out of country before. And had issues but hit it address I real time cause I was able to talk to someone in real time. Cause I did try and contact you. And as soon as I found out. If I could if talked to you. I would of had those pants. But you also said in your email you didn’t have the 38. Then you said you didn’t have the 40. Each time if I could if talked to you. This would be a different review.

Best riding jeans for the price. They fit perfectly and will be a bunch cooler than the HWK riding pants that I have now. I'll take both on a long distance trip just in case it gets cold or hot. I'm set now.

Charged for pants. Still don’t have them and no update on when they will be available. How can you charge for a product you can’t deliver?

Great looking, light and comfortable

This in an updated review, initially I gave a 1 start review due to the amount of time and effort required to process a return (you have to apply for a return, wait for them to get back to you, expect to wait longer than their projected 3-5 business days, print the label, and wait another 2 weeks for them to receive your old jeans and send out a new pair.

I’m 5’8” 170lbs (athletic build and I don’t skip leg day) Originally I ordered a W31L32 which ended up being way too snug around my calves and quads so I had to go up to W32L32, loose around the waist but more comfortable around the legs.
Also not sure if its worth mentioning I ride an Indian Scout Bobber, so I’m in a bit of a cruiser sitting position, more upright then I’d be on a sport bike.
I went for a nice 200mile ride in approximately 70 degree weather and found the jeans to have a reasonably amount of breathability. I was comfortable in both the warmer weather during the day and cooler temperature in the evening.
The included armor for the legs and hip seem effective but i did choose to ride without it.
I haven’t tested the abrasion resistance and hope I never have to, but they certainly feel rigid enough to hold up in a slide, yet comfortable enough to wear all day.

Their customer service and return process could be a lot smoother, but overall not a bad pair of riding jeans

These jeans are the best fitting motorcycle jeans I've ever purchased. They fit very well and are not baggy at all. I hope I never need them but I'm very impressed with the safety padding in important areas. I've never seen any pants with two sized belt loops! I may have to get another because I'm gunna wear these out!

I am happy with my purchase. I measured my favorite pair of jeans as the website showed and ordered a pair. Showed up in a few days. Looked them over, they look like they are built really well. They fit real real nice, pant leg fits over my tcx adventure boots. Put a 250 mile ride on them today and they have some stretch and are super comfortable. Best part is they look just like regular jeans if you are going somewhere you dont want to be in motorcycle pants.

The jeans are very well made, and no doubt offer very good protection. I ordered my usual size and the waist and inseam were fine. The legs, however, fit like “skinny jeans”. I wish i could have kept them, but...

I ordered 29/30 and received 26/30...
Their label says 29/30, I used my ruler to measure it, it's 26 inches. It looks like my little sister can barely fit in it.
I submitted a refund request and I hope I get my money back.
I was excited to finally receive this pants and wear it on my bike ride, only to waste my time and be disappointed.

Aside from that, it has all the armors, pretty thin which I like, and the quality seems alright, too bad I can't wear it to see how it actually is.

This is my first time purchasing something from a smaller brand.
If they ask me to pay money for their mistake I'm sticking to more known brands and just pay the premium... Doesn't seem like it's worth all the hassle.

EDIT: Customer service just contacted me and issued a full refund, and they acknowledged something went wrong. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The reviews here about the great customer service is real. From my experience, jeans weren't bad either. I just got really unlucky I guess.

I had to change the size and they did it with no hassle at all...

Purchased and arrived early. The fit was as expected, 36 x34 and it is a real 34. Good length, a little tight on the legs as expected to make sure the pads stay in place. I wore them around the house for a half day and they stretched out a little. They fit good and feel good. I live in Florida and I do believe they will be on the warm side, but definitely not as warm as Kevlar or leather. So far so good. I have a five day road trip at the end of April. I will update at that time. May need a second pair. Best felling and fitting of and Motocycle jeans to date. Maybe they will send me a discount for such a good review?? LOL. Just kidding, but the jeans are solid.

Bought my first pair and followed the sizing guides. They did shrink one waist size from 38-36, like 501’s, however I have the perfect fit now. I’ll be ordering my 2nd pair soon. Great quality and the armor is good quality.
