Cannot track my order
I ordered two bracelets 8 days ago. I was told it was being shipped by GLS Shipping but was not given a tracking number, so I am clueless to the status of the order.
I also emailed Dyrberg/Kern on the email address they provided, in case you have any questions about your order. I have had no reply!!!
Poor customer care.

When receiving a new address from you in Ireland, we tried UPS express so you get your package the next day, but, unluckily, there was written on the status of the delivery that that service wasn't available in that area.
We fully understand your position and, we will do our best next time so this confusion does not occur in the future.

I already own two Dyrbergkern Watches which I purchased while overseas. This is my first online purchase with the company. The process was easy and delivery was prompt. My only reservation for not giving 5 stars was that my email enquiry prior to the purchase did not fully satisfy all questions.
