Great trousers, would recommend

Only complaint is it took a long time to be delivered!

This dress took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive so I wasn't able to wear it for a wedding.
It looks lovely. It is slightly tight around the bust but I will take it to be altered but it was difficult to know sizing on the website

Product was exactly as advertised and the price was right. My dress fits perfectly and I am very happy with it. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong size in a dress I loved, the dress was gorgeous & well made so I emailed customer service to organise a replacement & their customer service was top class, no delays & quick answers to questions, will definitely use this site again other online sellers could take a leaf out of their books

Ordered a dress arrived not to size and very poor quality. They make is very difficult to return goods no customer service. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a sweater that did not look like the picture.
too large, poor quality.
wanted t o return it and was offered $8.00 - the sweater was more than $60.00. No return policy listed anywhere.
I am disputing the charges and i will return the sweater to the address on the label. Never again will I order from them.

Dress is perfect and delivered when stated

Very poor quality goods (dress) far too large, shoddy. No indication in package of where it came from or how to return it! No email confirmation either, indicating a deliberate attempt to make difficult to manage returns!
Even delivered to the wrong house - but that would be the courier...

Absolutely awful company. Returns policy states free returns for quality problems (and have been quoted this several times by email) I have told them several times the items are damaged which is as a quality problem. And I now have eventually after days of back and forth, had the response that it is too expensive for them to ship back so will only offer less than half the order as a refund and never intend on accepting returns which is against their returns policy! fraudulent scammers please do not waste your moneys this company needs shutting down. I will keep fighting them because I refuse to let them steal my money.

Ordered a dress which when delivered wasn't as described and was very poor quality. I contacted them and was offered 12USD refund not the 54USD it cost. Do not waste your money. I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back

The dress is beautiful and fits perfect .

The dress was good in the end, however when it arrived it was a slightly different colour to what we expected. The shipping was also hard to track, leaving us unsure if it would arrive in time for the occasion

I never received the Cardigan I ordered and cannot get in contact with this company.

I love this sweater- it’s comfortable and classic, easily worn in fall, winter and spring!

Product was fairly good quality, though I found sizing small. I placed my order Nov 17th, order did not ship until Dec 16th due to an inventory problem. I had to cancel the item before they would ship the remainder.

Please DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company!
The other negative reviews are all spot on and is exactly what happened to me. The item will arrive and it will either be damaged or not resemble the picture on the advert. You will request a refund and after numerous emails they will confirm a refund, but only if you ship - at your expense - overseas. Therefore your refund won't cover the cost of the postage to ship the item back!
You will, however, be offered a partial refund and advised to keep the item which wouldn't be a problem if the item wasn't damaged.
Company is one big con, don't waste your money or time and it's such a shame because if they spent as much effort in making a quality product as they do in shafting their customers they might find they get more business!
If I could have given zero stars I would.
