E-bike professionals, for excellent service.

I received excellent advice and service when considering my purchase and the after sales service was also exemplary. I heartily recommend this professional team, for whom customer service at all levels could not be faulted. My personal experience was with Ben, Fred and Alfred. Thank you all.

Good service and good bike

2nd time I have purchased an E-bike from this company and on both occassions I have received quick and excellent service. Last bike lasted me well for 10 year. No reason to think that my new will not last me many years. I have no doubt that should I ever have an issue, this company will do all they can to assist. I'd buy again.

Everything just perfect.

I'm overjoyed with everything that e-bikeshop UK did for me when I purchased my amazing new Cube ebike from them, they couldn't have been more helpful when helping me with the frame sizes. The rapid delivery was another major plus as well. I will certainly be using e-bikeshop UK again for any of my cycling needs.
